Even the interaction where this was explained was spectacularly obnoxious. The tone was smug, rude, and bizarrely self-satisfied, as if this were a normal way to run a business. We switched to Starlink, and the difference has been immediate and obvious. It has been night and day: faster, more reliable, and run by people who apparently understand that customers are not hostages.
