I am absolutely sick to my stomach writing this. I picked up my dog and she was COVERED in cuts. Bloody. Bleeding. Head to toe. I have never seen her so shaken and traumatized in her entire life. She was visibly distressed, and instead of taking accountability, I was told it was "because she was matted." That is a complete lie. My dog has hair, not fur. We maintain her meticulously. She is brushed, bathed, and professionally groomed regularly. She was NOT matted. There is absolutely no excuse for the number of cuts and the condition she was returned to me in. On top of that, I specifically asked for a puppy shave. Not a full surgical-level strip down. They shaved her completely to the skin. Every inch of her hair is gone. It looks like she was skinned. This was not what I requested, and it certainly does not justify the injuries she sustained. No dog should leave a grooming appointment bleeding. No dog parent should have to hold their shaking baby wondering how much pain they were in. I am heartbroken. I am furious. And I genuinely pray that no other dog parent experiences what we did. Please think twice before trusting your dog here. The emotional and physical trauma they caused is something I will never forget. read more

BARKSUDS TRINITY REVEIW DO NOT TAKE DOGS THERE!!! I originally booked my appointment with Adonis because I had heard great reviews about him, especially with poodles. Unfortunately, that is not who groomed my dog today. When I arrived for the appointment, a woman greeted me and asked what I wanted done. I explained I wanted my dog short with a mohawk, clean feet, and a clean face. Instead of Adonis, a young girl whose name I was never given took my dog to groom him. I specifically booked in advance with Adonis, so I found this extremely unprofessional. When I came back to pick my dog up, I was told he was "stinky because of his anal glands." This made absolutely no sense considering he supposedly just received a full groom. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they sprayed perfume on him to try to cover the smell. When I got him into the car, I realized there was still anal gland/fecal matter on his backside as if he had not even been properly washed. He smelled horrible like strong body odor and onions which is NOT how he smelled when I dropped him off. The smell was so bad that I had to immediately rebathe him when we got home. To make matters worse, when I ask for my dog to be groomed short that does NOT mean shaving him down to the skin. My dog goes to the groomer every 6 weeks and is never matted. Despite that, he was basically scalped, the haircut is extremely choppy, the topknot is completely uneven, and he now has small cuts on his body. My dog is very well behaved at the groomer and we have never had an experience like this before. This entire appointment felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. Another issue is that they do not accept cash, which I find very inconvenient, especially given the poor service that was provided. Because of the condition my dog was returned in, I will be disputing this charge with my bank. This is what I get for trying a different groomer. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Thank you for listening to my rant beware and take your dog to groomer that care, not ones that are 15 dollars cheaper! read more

Front desk lady is knowledgeable and clean place. No Bad dog odors. Also,dropped my 3 dogs off as my wife refuses to dog chauffeur easy from car to store. They young guy grooming was better than pet smart but the membership price will save you dog moola Will be back,love the reduced membership fees. read more

Friendly staff but seemed a bit unorganized... weren't really clear on what they were going to do & what they did to our pup... asked them to not cut our pup's nails because they were just trimmed 4 days ago and they did anyway :/ took 2 hours to wash and shave our 6.5lb yorkipoo. We get there and they were still trying to trim around his face but he was freaking out too much, (which he definitely was) and they tell us they've never seen a dog freak out that much...? My was trying to hold my pup so they could brush him and he was clenching onto my skin because he was scared. They were unable to trim his face because he was moving too much but they butchered his haircut on his body... cut way too short in his private area and left him with a few knicks and cuts that traumatized him unfortunately which is why he was so scared I believe :/ he has been licking his paw now because there is a cut on one of his pads :/ they were very nice and even helped us out w a cheaper price because he's so small but just doesn't seem very professional... needs more experienced staff in grooming in my opinion ! read more

When you advertise everything you do on membership. You should do them!!! When you pick up your pup after his bath, he should be dry not wet, this place was very disappointing read more

Terrible experience. my pup would come back still wet, barely any brushing out, head not even washed, nails not even clipped, the list goes on. We cancelled out membership last month but somehow get charged for this month and were told we can't even bring her in since we cancelled our membership but still charged on same day. They have terrible communication on their part and don't know how to run a place efficiently. I don't recommend taking your pup there. read more

i would never go to her again. nails where worse than when i brought her and anal glad did not get fully expressed. for these prices everything should be perfect! impossible for me to sit here and write anything else but purely AWFUL! save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually cares read more
