I'm giving 2 stars only because the chiropractor himself is nice and seems knowledgable, but there is no way to contact him directly - only the extremely rude girl they have working front desk. Except when she's selling you treatments, she maintains a cocky, sarcastic attitude and doesn't seem professional at all. In the end I had paid for 14 treatments and by my (and the chiropractors) count I was at number 12, and he recommended physio for the final 2. However according to her "the system" said 14 and I had been there twice in weeks where I knew I'd only attended once. When I tried to figure out what was going wrong she was totally dismissing and sarcastic, telling me that the system wouldn't say I was there if I wasn't and saying "his notes" say so too, even though his notes in front clearly had 12 visits marked down. I would have to try to remember those 12 dates on the spot, off the top of my head, so we could have just gone through the notes and receipt to get to the bottom of it... but instead of that she began raising her voice and quickly I felt like I was trying to reason with a childish bully, causing me to leave the office before I started giving her a dose of her own rudeness. Now I'm fuming that I didn't! I have no way to contact the chiro to complain only an email or phone number for the receptionist which would be pointless, hence this review instead. I tried to say that I'd remember being there twice the previous weeks but according to 'the system' I was. This is the same 'system' where on arrival, the other receptionist thought my 12th visit was my first, then my 10th and then afterwards I got a receipt for 14 of them. I had put down on the form (before the argument) that the desk staff were courteous because the guy is actually ok, but I really regret it now. There is another older woman there who I'd seen arguing with a customer on the phone when in the waiting room once, and the general eye-rolling they both show to patients makes me wonder if they're related. There could have been some error on my part but this is absolutely NOT the way to treat a customers enquiry. I felt the sales pitches from day 1 and I am left feeling like this place just wants to extract your money and keep you coming back. I will NEVER visit this place again simply because of the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the receptionists. I will steer anyone looking for treatment in the other direction. I feel kind of bad to say it because the practitioners may be fine but it's just not worth it as long as they have this desk staff - there are too many alternatives around to put up with this kind of nonsense.
