I shopped extensively over many months to find the right guys at the right price to do what few…read moreothers could or would for my house in Plano. Few could/would do fence, concrete, and a rolling/sliding gate together and even fewer could do it at a reasonable price. As a point of reference I had some 'other' guys quote prices equal to a quarter of what this entire house and lot is worth to do the job. Bryce managed the whole project from start to finish. Kailyn works the office. Bryce has his own crew to do the gate welding and fencing but subcontracted out the opener (a commercial LiftMaster) and the concrete work (to CNC Concrete). It was clear that these guys knew what they were doing and didn't mind putting in the work to do a quality job. The retaining wall work that CNC Concrete did was outstanding. I've now got a level retaining wall that will hold up even with our expansive soil. I am so thankful that Bryce and subs persisted through all the little change orders I did along the way. City of Plano Building Inspectors seemingly found ways to make their inspection criterion as vague as possible while taking a little over a half year just to close the permit. I kid you not, going by the code, the gate would have been magically suspended three feet in the air. After the work was completed, Bryce stopped by several more times just to make sure everything was perfect and he fixed several small issues as we later found them.

We were building a new home and trying to decide what type of flooring, engineered hardwood or wood…read morelook tile, we wanted. We decided on a nice engineered hardwood. We priced the options with our builder. Our son-in-law suggested we see what a flooring contractor, Zuriel Flooring, he had used in the past could do. It turned out that Zuriel could provide the same flooring for about $6,000-$7,000 less than the builder. They also gave us an option for stained, solid hardwoods. That option was almost $10,000 less than the builder option. Zuriel's per square foot pricing was less than several well known national/local companies that we had received quotes. From the first conversation and subsequent meetings, we haven't had a better relationship with a contractor we've worked with. Zuriel delivered a high quality product sooner than they committed to finishing and were always responsive to our calls. They have been outstanding! Ryan was able to fix the leak, repair the roof and then we ask him to address other roofing issues that were highlighted in the Inspection report when we bought the house in May 2021.
