All of my appointments with Cim or her nurses were insanely rushed and I wouldn't call being given incorrect medication not once, but twice (plus being billed incorrectly) quality care. That would be the complete opposite in fact. Cim and I DID have a conversation face to face in her office immediately after about my experiences and the multiple chances I gave them and it was like talking to a brick wall. She did not care what I had to say then, and the way she talked to me and treated me, I do not care what she would have to say now because it would be completely faked. I was so excited to find that this spa offered deep tissue massage as well as cupping. My massage today was with Heather. She is an amazing masseuse! She asked about my shoulder, about my massage preferences and about how my former masseuse massaged me. I asked for deep tissue on today's visit and asked her to focus solely on upper body - specifically my neck, shoulders and back. As she was working on my back she asked if my hips bothered me. I do sit at a desk all day and they do get tight. Heather is extremely intuitive to what area's of your body need attention and gives an awesome deep tissue massage. My shoulder felt incredible after the massage and so did my hips! My massage was so great with Heather that I booked a second appointment right away that will include cupping! While I generally only get deep tissue massage I feel very confident that Heather would give an amazing massage no matter what type you get. COVID note: The building the spa is in requires masks. The therapist wore a mask as did I throughout the entire massage. I was surprised that I did not have a temperature check nor did I see hand sanitizer for me to use in the room; however, that was a requirement in Reno and likely not required in Minot. I recently tried some advice and saw Rachelle at Spectrum Fitness for an orthopedic massage. After her magically hands did their work on my foot and calf, I was able to stand up on my foot WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!! On a pain scale from 1-10 I was basically at a 15. As I would compare walking to "walking on bloody stumps". After the one hour of therapy on my calf and foot, I was immediately at a 1 meaning no pain at all!! AMAZING! I instantly scheduled another appointment for treatment on my other foot. I can definitely tell the difference in my feet! I can walk normally and stand up without the excruciating pain!
