Charles had great communication, was speedy at scheduling all of the needed permits and appointments, and kept us informed the whole time from start to finish. Charles and his team completed a full rewire of our 1950s cloth-wired home and upgraded our panel from an old XO 100-amp panel to a new 200-amp panel. I met Jason today when he came over to help me solve a clanking problem that seemed to be related to the sprinkler system. He helped me diagnose where it was coming from, before checking my sprinklers for me. He did this all calmly, taking the time to fully understand what was needed. He was honest, reliable, fair, and easy to talk to. He listened well, and knew "his stuff."
