Dadco Construction for the win again! After a few days of…read morenon-stop snow, I contacted Dadco (among others) for snow removal help. My husband requires dialysis and his appts are 5am, 45 minutes away. They didn't hesitate and showed up within an hour to help us out. Fast forward 2 weeks... I was feeling pretty defeated earlier. Piles upon piles of snow. I've tried to keep up with the snow as it fell. Ww still need to get out for medical treatment 3x a week. Been using a sled to shuttle supplies, firewood etc through the front yard. My driveway was getting narrower and narrower... Woke up this morning to about 6 more inches of snow and felt like throwing in the towel. I left a message with Dadco earlier in hopes they had an opening. I was sitting inside and all of a sudden here comes a Knight in Shining Armor (ok, a guy with a yellow/orange vest on a big ole backhoe/tractor). It was like the heavens opened up and came up my driveway! Dadco is such a great friend to the community. We are so very thankful Thank you for changing my whole day!

I called Doug at Dadco and they came and reset the tank to the correct depth and added the leech lines, working with another local company to make this happen. We are happy with the workmanship, timing, and value of Doug and his crew at Dadco. Doug has also been very involved in donating his time to help non-profits and events in Paradise. I highly recommend Dadco Construction to take care of you and your projects.

All that was needed to fix my problem was to tighten the nut that compresses the packing material that is in the valve. If he had just done that and was honest, I wouldn't be writing this review,. The roof is out of warranty, of course, but since the first day of a series of heavy rain just started---they got here today, identified a seal that needed touch up, and touched up all the roof vent seals for good measure, in less than thirty minutes. Total pros and the two workman were very nice. Can't ask for more and now they are top of our list for a planned bathroom remodel project.

Needless to say they…read moreput the flu on the wrong spots which caused water to leak through my ducting of Lennox system, rust all through system, foundation issues due water leaking in walls, mold forming all around, floor is bowing, and to top it off they still have three wrong flu installed on bathroom. Which has my pluming capped. I reached out to the owner, only to be retold that we are responsible because we have faulty gutters, which we were never stated we needed gutters in the first place. The complete estimate we had was the complete job. The owner has never even showed up to address this concern. And it's sad to have to go to civil court or something that should've been honest and taken care of in the first place. Last, but not least the guy that did my roof was fired.

This company is, in my experience, is among the most honest and affordable in town. A while back we…read morehad some rats get into our ductwork. We didn't inspect the ductwork ourself, afraid to crawl in the crawl space, but sort of assumed we needed to replace it. Other companies came out and inspected it and assured us the rats had damaged it beyond repair and that the whole system needed to be replaced, and gave us very high estimates. At long last, we had Tyler, the chief technician at Flores come and take a look. He said that our ductwork was in great shape and the rats had done minimal damage, so minimal, that repairs were not even needed. He had no financial incentive to tell me that truth and I am incredibly grateful. Should we need HVAC work in the future, we will only be dealing with Flores. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the less than positive reviews on this company were coming from their unscrupulous competitors, some who wanted my to pay $10,000 for a brand new ducting system that we apparently do not need.
