The second and most frustrating is the process to see another doctor. In two instances I've required a referral and even though my insurance doesn't that I have a referral, the office has a "referral coordinator" that handles that. I have waited 2 weeks for an appointment with the dr I was referred to. They still have not received my records and there is nothing I can do but wait. When I called to report my symptoms were worse and to get an update I was told I needed to just wait. As soon as this issue is resolved I will find another pcp. I like Kristen but I need someone who can help me when I need it.

I didn't think I would like being in such a big practice, but it is nice to have lab, x-ray and valet parking all under one roof. Her office is in the USMD building in Clearfork, making it convenient to get too and no problems parking or walking far in heat, rain, or cold. It never seems crowded and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. The facility is clean and proper procedures are followed. But the best thing is Dr. Kremer's attention to detail, vast knowledge, and caring attitude. I am a retired RN so I think I see things that others might not notice-and I have never been disappointed!

I'm so glad, I didn't take the advice of a frenemy, who tried to discourage me from coming here. The location is a little sketchy. I won't lie. I was afraid to go in there. I just prayed before,I went in. The clinic is small, clean, and a little humid in the lobby. Which gave it an interesting odor. The front desk receptionist was a mature Bilingual woman with a nice reddish hair color. She wore glasses and had a nice shape. She was multitasking and seemed overworked. I was just glad she spoke English. Her English was bit broken but, still relieved I understood her. There's was one lady w her granddaughter in the lobby and a couple that came in after me. There was a little wait for a small crowd. The patient room is very cute with simple decor that compliments the paint. It has a home like feel that takes your mind off being in the Doctors office. The Doctor did a great job explaining the vision of the Clinic. He said, the Owners are based out in Houston. The Owners realize theres a great need for Health insurance so, that's why he chooses to help the Hispanic community. Thank God! I'm so glad I get to take advantage of what they have to offer. I received consultation for $29.00. They checked my weight, temperature and pressure. I told them the issues I was experiencing. The doctor listened well. He then video called the provider and I spoke with her on a video chat. She prescribed the correct medicine and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy of choice. It was there like in an hour and a half. The Doctor went the extra mile to help me. He even gave me a coupon for my prescription! I would highly recommend this place. I saved a lot of money by coming here and you can too.
