The front desk staff was nice and the MAs friendly. They apologized and thanked me when I mentioned that I found a 6 day old urine sample in the restroom. Dr. Glaser was not friendly towards me. My visit was to be a new patient physical. He did not engage or try to get to know me at all. My face to face time with him was less than 10 minutes, and the only thing memorable that he said was that my insurance might not pay for my updated tetanus shot (they did). I went downstairs to do lab work and was there for about 30 minutes when they finally realized that Dr. Glaser did not order lab work because I had done lab work 7 months prior. Fairly certain that lab work is part of a physical...but whatever. I had already made up my mind that this man would not be my new PCP. A PCP should be warm and engaging, and someone who will listen to their patients when they are concerned about something - Dr. Glaser checked none of these boxes. Fast forward a few weeks later to the billing nightmare that followed, my insurance covers an annual physical (including the lab work he wouldn't order) 100%...but the first bill was coded as a new patient appointment, but they left the physical off. So I had to call the office about this...they made my patient responsibility $0 in their system, but then rebilled my insurance company with duplicate charges and overbilled by almost triple. I decided to call BCBS directly since I had yet to find a competent individual to help me at the practice. The insurance rep told me that one of the codes used on the new bill was for a psychiatric evaluation...OMG! I explained the whole situation again, and BCBS filed a grievance and the billing did eventually get situated. I have talked to others who have noticed similar billing issues on their statements from this practice...so definitely watch your EOBs here. Unreported overbilling is sadly something that happens too often in the medical world. I have given up on ever seeing my 7+ years of medical records from my prior PCP. I am fairly certain they went into an abyss of some sort in this Bridlewood office of confusion.

But if you use the Healow app, the docs are pretty quick to respond plus your care needs are documented. I started using Bridlewood, Dr. Glaser and his staff because the last office I was at didn't listen to me. I'm diabetic and trying to find the right medication has been much trial and error but my last office brushed off my errors. So when I first started with Bridlewood, Michelle Hampton heard me and started me on my way to finding what worked. I was sad to lose Victoria Thomas but it was an easy transition back to Michelle and they really do care. I have trouble with getting medication but that's due to my insurance not the office. Michelle and her team have been in constant communication with me and are eager to help where they can. I've had nothing but a pleasant and stress free experience working with the Bridlewood staff. My one complaint would be that I never got an Amazon gift card!

They take care of you from the moment you arrive at check-in until you leave. They are pretty timely with on-time appointments. My most recent visit was great. Susan at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Shante took my vitals and checked my blood sugar and updated my medication list. I've been in a research program with an insulin pump device and have been trained by Sadia and kept on regularly scheduled check-ins and phone calls. She's so friendly and patient. Dr. Haque and Aimee listen to me and offers recommendations to help me succeed as a person loving with diabetes. As I was leaving, Rachel and Edith helped me to schedule my next appointment and print out my lab orders for my next visit. I love this office and this team of professionals! They're all just nice, friendly, and care. I would highly recommend Dr. Haque and his team!

After exhausting all of my resources I chose to see a hormone specialist. To no avail. I repeated…read moremultiple times that my concern was hormone imbalance. Never suggested I had any other problem. I am a middle age, obese lady so I was lumped into that category from the start. No hormone test were ordered, or even discussed. The entire appointment was focused on my weight and age basically. After confirming my thyroid was good, no other mention of any of my current medicines, no questions about family history, nothing. If I had seen this Dr and weighed 120 lbs, I'm not sure what he would've had to discuss. What warrants ordering a hormone panel? I thought a hormone specialist would be exactly who does this? I took off work, drove an hour for absolutely nothing. And if I am deemed obese, nothing was addressed for that either. A total complete waste for both of us.

We tried "Wise" doctors and "Texas Health" doctors, but were very disappointed with their lackluster and lack of care. They care more about money than you as a patient! So we thought we'd try Baylor Scott and White because our chiropractor specifically highly recommended Dr Beau Ellenbecker to us. We could not be more pleased with Dr Ellenbecker!!! He is down to earth and very knowledgeable! His breadth of expertise in all areas of medicine are incredible and his bedside manner is calm and reassuring! Their website is so easy to check on results, make appointments and even chat with Dr Ellenbecker. And Dr Ellenbecker, or one of his staff are very quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Most of all, Dr Ellenbecker is so nice and down to earth. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all my questions and concerns. His polite and calming bedside manner is such a relief compared to other doctors who are more concerned with the bottom line, rather than their own patients care and concern. If you want a compassionate, caring and knowledgeable doctor...Dr Ellenbecker is the best!

I have NEVER had a place deny me because I was late. The rude guy continued to say I could be seen at 4pm by their nurse but I said no thanks. He AlSO said "Maybe if I came in at 2pm they could squeeze me in." what do you mean 'squeeze me in' my appointment was at 2!!! I called back to complain and he said "we are not a walk in clinc we are appointment only and you have to be on time." I said so you're telling me everyone is always exactally on time to an appointment? That is a lie. Don't go here, awful just awful.Rude and mean. I reported it to Baylor Corporate. Should be hearing back soon. Will avoid Baylor until then.

My wife had her annual appointment here in January. She checked the self pay rate before scheduling…read moresince we were paying cash. Before she left, she paid the entire bill. A few weeks went by and we started receiving bills from Quest diagnostics. The bills were not small. She called Quest who told her she had to speak with Lifestream. She spoke with Lifestream who told her she should not be receiving a bill because she paid in full. We continued to get bills. Every month we repeated the same dance. Every month we were told we shouldn't be receiving a bill. She messaged Susan Harris herself who assured us she would personally take care of this. It's the very end of June and we received yet another bill saying it is past due. This isn't rocket science, it's not even as difficult as traditional medical billing where you have to go back and forth with insurance to get paid. This was a cash payment. Simple. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they can't handle something as simple as a cash payment, I'm not sure how they could even begin to handle the complexities of treating patients. My wife and I are so disappointed in the lack of care we have received from this office.

I'm not looking for anything major maybe a slight discount? Spent $200 on my first visit and I'm not any better a week later. In fact, I feel worse I'm told I can come back in. But it will be a totally new visit. And the fact that I was there a week ago for the same thing will not matter. Find a different place to spend your money.
