I have been there several times, but nothing recent. Both of my parents are buried there, while my siblings were extremely rude and negative, my experience was nothing but WONDERFUL. My 17 yr old daughter was buried here in 2013. I made a birdhouse and hung it in a tree as she liked bluebirds. Bluebirds have nested in it for the last 12 yrs. They posted signs that they would be removing wind chimes and other things people have hung in trees for sentimental reasons due to them being unsightly. I inquired within to see if they would take down my birdhouse, as it was properly secured and maintained like the staff told me in years past. The lady told me she would have the maintenance staff call me. They never called and upon my return to the cemetary, the birdhouse was gone, as was the entire branch it hung from. I went into the office and asked for it back, and after an hour they brought me a damaged birdhouse with dead baby birds inside. They refer to wind chimes, etc as unsightly but use pics of them on their website and in their office. It is always hard to visit the cemetary for obvious reasons, but watching these birds feed the babies brought me some peace. The staff there took that from me, and I will not forget it. read more

i had a Mausoleum Purchased for my daughter. Doreen . paid 24000. later found out Vase for Flowers, was not included.. management does not know what its doing. every other Mausoleum has one. Know, they want family to pay 999.00 plus installation. company is Heartless. only want Money.. terrible. Please do not bring loved one there. read more

We laid my mother in law to rest at Trinity Memorial Gardens at the beginning of September. Nearly 6 months later her niche in the columbarium is marked by a piece of paper, even after sending a photo of the personalized marker and assuring my husband it would be installed a week ago. I can only assume the staff are not interested in tending to the gravesites of your family members once your check has cleared. read more

I was at a funeral last week at your beautiful facility but that is all I can say. we had just left the burial site and left the cemetery gates. I heard a tractor and looked around to see what the noise was. it was the people bringing dirt over to bury my friend. my last memory of my friend will always be of hearing the dirt falling onto her wooden casket. they have no compassion for people's feeling or let alone the family's . should have been done when family and friends were gone from premise. what does any one else think? read more

Went o purchase a plot for a double stacked private crypt. They were selling one they had for $169K and offered me a military discount of 15%. Rome monuments quoted me 25K for the exact same crypt. Trinity Memorial would not sell me a plot as you have to use their vendor and pay and incredible 150K for the same crypt. Veterans, stay away from this cemetery and its used car salesman attitude toward death. read more

Please do not use this funeral home. My husband passed away and the hospital sent him to the wrong funeral home. This funeral home would not release him to the correct funeral home without us paying a $450 removal fee. Alex was the most unprofessional and uncompassionate person I have ever dealt with. I could not afford to pay this fee so at that point they told us to ask our funeral home to pay the fee. At this point it had been less than 24 hours since his passing and this is not what any family should have to go through while grieving. We had to drive there and talk to Stacey to get this resolved. I am extremely disappointed at how they tried to take advantage of a mistake that was not ours. We contacted the hospital to let them know what occurred and was informed they will not be using this funeral home going forward after what happened. read more

They did a awesome job for my mom's funeral yesterday, had her at the church well in advance of the viewing and service, all flowers arranged beautifully around the casket, while we had a small church cafe they took mom back to the cemetery for graveside and lowered her in to her final resting place, again everything worked perfectly. They forgot to call me to tell me my mother cremains were ready to be picked up. Left sitting on a shelf for a week. I had to call after 2 weeks to find out they were ready and to top it off they did not have the death certificates for me when I picked her up. Very disrespectful and made a hard situation harder. Update: Still haven't received the replacement death certificate. Was treated rudely when I called and the General Manager Hung up on me because I called them out on having an in-experinced intern take care of my mom's cremation. read more

Beautiful facility. We had requested that the casket not be placed in the ground while the family was present for the gravesite service. No sooner had our family stood to return to our vehicles and our loved one was being lowered into the ground. This was very disturbing and just added to our grief. We could hear the funeral director giving instructions to the pall bearers/employees...which appeared a bit unprofessional. I don't do this for a living and even I know a casket is carried/rolled in feet first into a church. They had placed the cross on the caseket at the wrong end and the drape was crooked. I felt like I was buying a car making arrangements here....everytime we asked a question the "salesman" would get up and leave the room to check on the answer - just like they do at car dealerships. If I cross over to the other side while still in the area - I will make certain my family does not have Trinity Memorial Gardens take care of the arrangements. read more

We paid just under $16,000 for my dad's funeral and crypt. They cheated us by charging for a lead car and then not having one, despite assurances it would be there. Therefore, not all of the flowers could be taken from church to the graveyard. They had 5 or 6 men in T-shirts and jeans move my dad's casket from the hearse to the crypt. Totally disrespectful. Not appropriate attire whatsoever. They then talked loudly amongst themselves while our pastor led us in prayer. Take your money elsewhere-- your loved one deserves more respect than you will get from Tim and Cecil in this place. read more
