The people who attend are accepting, caring, and easy to talk to. The church itself is held in a dancehall/bar but don't let that fool you. The church is all-denominational. They always have refreshments, food, drinks, coffee etc for you to enjoy during mass/lecture/talk. From this being my first time to attended, I sure am glad I did. I finally found a place to pray, relax, and reflect on myself, my fellowship, my love, my trust, my everything. The message that Tony gave out was on a rather sensitive topic. I was brought to tears because of the way his genuine words resonated within my soul. So I'd say, give it a try.

Their faithfulness to the word of God, their love for one another, the gospel preached, and many other matters, but not to forget, the blessed Pastor who loves Jesus and HIS assembly at Currey Creek. We are going to move back to this area after being away for some time. This small columbarium is attached directly to the Saint Helena's Episcopal Church. I noticed that…read morethe columbarium and the church have two distinctive GPS points, but the same address. This review is strictly for the columbarium not the church. What brought me to this location was the fact that there is someone of past TV fame interred here. If you recall from the early 1970's, there was a TV sitcomcalled the Brady Bunch. It turns out that Ann B Davis, who played the family housekeeper on the show has her ashes interred here. Despite all the traffic on Main Street, it's still a peaceful place with a small waterfall and courtyard. If you'd like your ashes interred here, there is still almost 200 spots left, but you'll have to contact the church for more information. Informative photos included.

I am active in a different church but my eight year old grandson attended and I observed. Instead of a centrally located event with large numbers of participants, this church decentralized the process and used volunteers to lead the same program on the same evenings, but at neighborhood homes in many locations around San Antonio. The one my grandson attended was in the Fair Oaks Ranch area. The volunteers were well prepared, and enthusiastic and the children clearly had fun while hearing Bible stories and learning about Jesus. By having the programs in the evenings, parents/grandparents could come and were welcome to observe or participate. My grandson and I expect to be back next year!
