My first appointment she took the time to get to know about me-- my life, lifestyle, and the combination of events and medical history that brought me to having to have PT. She listened, took notes, and showed her compassion. She very gently performed an assessment of my body to feel what the physiological challenges are. My second appointment, because Krina took the time during my first appointment to get the full story. She was armed with the specificity of knowledge one would need in patient care, and used it. Because of this, she earned my trust. I feel I'm in safe and competent hands. -Literally. I have more PT appointments to go through, and even though it is an expense, I more than feel as though my co-pays are going to the right place for the proper care. Additionally, I'm still going through diagnosis for my medical condition, because of this, I am being treated with the sensitivity my situation warrants. Krina is sensitive to this fact and demonstrates her compassion through just doing her job well with a reliable and consistent attitude. That's all a patient/client can ask for, right? The therapists at Divine Spine have relieved two distinct issues for me, several years apart. The first was three years ago for intense pain as a result of plantar fasciitis and the most recent was for pain in my upper thigh. I have used all the therapists at this location and each one was as brilliant as the next in evaluating my condition and helping me with the exercises which have relieved each issue. I had to go back in several spurts over the course of 1.5 years, as my issues would pop back up, and they always remembered me. Coming to JPT was also very pleasant because the staff and the environment was so friendly and comfortable. I'm sad that I moved because if I need PT again, I would definitely go back!
