Everyone was pleasant, efficient and caring during my 6 months of Physical Therapy after arthroscopic right shoulder surgery by Dr. Song. Four years ago I had physical therapy at another business but the POA Robbinsville Physical Therapy team is the BEST and I highly recommend the office for their excellent quality of care and support. Thank you to Gina and Dana and office staff for their sense of humor when scheduling my requested mid-day appointment times. And many thanks to Reem and Brent, the therapy assistants, for their professionalism and cheerfulness; pre-therapy session heat, post-session ice, bands/pulleys/bike set-ups and keeping the PT office "ship-shape"! A special thank you to my Physical Therapist Matthew Farag, PT, DPT for always greeting me with a "hello, smile and how are you". With the "how are you" that was a time to update Matt - with concerns or questions. Matt thoroughly explained each therapy exercise and treatment as I progressed over the 50 sessions and taught me the exercises I could also do at home and continue after I was discharged. Sometimes I was worried about my full recovery but Matt was encouraging and positive. While the surgery was on my right shoulder, Dr. Song had diagnosed an impingement on my left that may have required future surgery since it was quite painful. With Matt's knowledge of physical therapies and understanding he helped me to full function on my left shoulder as well as my right. I appreciate Matt's expertise, guidance and professionalism as he worked with me to restore mobility to full range of motion on my shoulders. Happily, I can now resume hiking and canoeing activities!

After asking a simple question she yelled at me saying that I'm "not working hard enough." As a patient I found this rude and disrespectful, I have been going to pt to get better not be bullied. Anyone who has had an injury knows how difficult recovery could be. It takes a mental and physical impact on you. This therapist comment really hurt me, considering the meaning that she said that "I wasn't working hard" when it takes weeks in order to make progress on injuries. After months of PT at another location with minimal results, my arthritis pain has been managed effectively with weekly visits at first, then monthly followups. There is high turnover at this office and now I can see why…read more I was in a car accident two years ago this November 2019 and I was under Dr. B's care. Everything was going wonderfully until Dr. Manning abruptly fired Dr. B. Since my insurance paperwork was already filed with PHP, I stayed with Dr. Manning to finish my treatment. My insurance company ruled that my care was finished in January 2020. In summer 2021 Dr. Manning mailed me a bill for $3000 for care. We emailed back and forth. I called my insurance company. I emailed Dr. Manning three times without reply. In November 2021, without having heard from him after three months, I emailed him again letting him know I considered the case closed. He wrote be back an incredibly rude email stating, "I'll consider this closed when it has a resolution. I will not email you with no news as it wastes my time to do so." I am shocked that a doctor would say that to a patient and that any human would call another suffering human being a waste of their time!
