My bus didn't show up when trying to track it, I spoke to 4 different people while sitting at the stop and was told each time to continue to wait. I waited an hour after my bus was supposed to arrive, I spent 6 hours on the phone with people from this company who couldn't tell me what happened to my bus, if it came, put me on a different one so I could actually get home, I was told repeatedly to call back in 10 min. Apparently a bus did come that was supposed to be mine and it was my fault that I wasn't on it, it was not a Megabus, it did not look like a Megabus, I had no idea I should have been looking for anything other than a Megabus, the 4 people I spoke to while still at the stop did not tell me I should be looking for a different bus. A manager yelled at me and hung up on me at one point. I have never been treated so poorly, or have something that was completely not my fault be blamed on me. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company if you are trying to get from point A to point B, they will take your money, get you nowhere and waste HOURS of your time with people that clearly have no idea what they are talking about and blame their incompetence on you.

Neither of the drivers bothered to come inside the building and let anyone know that they had shown up. And they just pulled off and left several people behind. The customer service person on the phone was no help either. I had to forfeit the 39 dollars I had already paid for my ticket and pay another $45 to catch the next bus which was Baron. The experience in baron was so much better. The person on rhe phone with one of the other passengers didnt bother to say there was a bus leaving today either and let her pay double what her initial ticket was and hotel fees and such Toledo greyhound is disgusting inside and they don't care about good customer service.

Additionally, this driver constantly accelerates and then takes foot off gas on freeway. wtf? Not a smooth ride at all. Lastly, this bus is constantly fishtailing. Not only do they have the best prices but they're timely in their responses for reservations, always arrive early and they always have the nicest most courteous drivers. All of the bus' we have used have been fairly new and really comfortable. Will continue to use them regularly.

I'm a big girl so... usually the seats are small but these were ok. Plenty of foot space under the seats. The bathroom was CLEAN! and equipped! Been on several busses that the ppl forgot to attend to the bathroom. There was supposed to have been phone chargers under the seats but we never found them. But our driver( forgive me I forgot his name) was very professional and very knowledgeable about the local construction conditions and saves us 15 minutes by avoiding them. Way to go! The female driver Tonya was driving on her cell phone(Facebook) and swerving all over the road. She also told the passengers "Don't act black because you know they don't like us." There an actual video of her horrible driving. To top that off the two drivers had a huge verbal disagreement in front of everyone. Which made everyone uncomfortable and more fearful of riding the bus. So before you use this company please be aware that the safety of the passengers is not a priority.

What I thought would be 2 very different experiences ended up being very similar. Both instantly they let you play your own music. Obviously party music for the party bus. They provide ice and cups and water. The wine tour also offered sodas. BYOB and they provide bottle openers so you can enjoy your goodies. The wine tour took us to 3 wineries in 4 hours. Tight time schedule because the farthest winery is 45 minutes from Toledo and that trolley doesn't really go speed limit. I'm glad it doesn't because my butt was hurting from the uncomfortable seats but after the first stop and some drinks you don't feel it much anymore. We stopped at Leisure time winery, majestic winery and american winery. Limited food options. Only male on the trolley was the driver but he was a sweetie pie and put up with all the female chatter. Now you would think a trolley full of women would be pretty mild but we were dancing down the aisle by the second stop. Now the party bus has same offerings but the seating was much more plush. Comfortable seating with 2 levels so plenty of space. The anniversary couple chose the stops and it was more of a bar hop til 2am. Check my pics. It was a good time but I took an uber home about 1. Only so much alcohol u can consume in a 5 hour period. Team Johnson is definitely a well organized company. They post their events on eventbrite. I would definitely do one of their tours again.
