Most affordable for your wedding day, and they have discounts for veterans. Our driver, Ken, was very professional and helpful. The party bus we rented had a really great sound system, w/ Bluetooth hookup or cable to hookup your phone and listen to your parties favorite tunes. We went with Birmingham because of all the great reviews, but were SO DISAPPOINTED with the service. Usually when the reviews are great except for one or two, I figure those people were hard to please anyways, but I am not one of those people. I get that not everything runs smoothly 100% of the time, but this experience was avoidable, if our driver had any sort of customer service. Our driver began without greeting myself or my groom. This is not usually a big deal, but he didnt introduce himself or even speak until I spoke to him. I will say he did assist me into the limo, which was appreciated in my massive gown. He did not bother making sure we were ready to leave at all. He seemed confused as to where we needed him to go, yet when I tried to communicate with him, he did not seem to care to what the game plan was. We had asked him how to set up the radio, which his reply was "I dont know", so we drove to our first location in a very awkward silence, when I know my bridal party was ready to get pumped up. As we were driving to the location to take pictures, he flew right past the stopping point. I tried to shout from the back of the limo and get his attention, but it was useless. When our groomsmen tried to relay my message, they said the driver did not acknowledge them at all. No affirmation that he heard them or asking them to clarify. They also said he was swearing A LOT. Not sure if it was because of us for trying to get his attention, or because he missed the spot. He hit multiple curbs, which sent us all flying around in the limo. We spilled a lot of drinks because of it, and I do apologize for that mess. Once he (not so smoothly) backed up (almost into our photographers car), we FINALLY stopped at a drop point near where we wanted to go...we just walked the rest of the way. My bridal party took a few pictures, but went back to the limo earlier than we wanted them to, to talk to him to make sure he understood how to get to the reception site, and try to get the radio working. Once we returned, he was a bit more kind to us, and explained that the radio was new and no one showed him how to work it. I think that an employer should make sure their employees are knowledgeable about all aspects of the equipment they're using, but maybe that's just not how Birmingham operates? We ended up asking the driver to take us to the reception 45 minutes early because we just wanted to get the heck off that ride. So lost a few bucks, but whatever. It was unbearable to be in there any longer. We did get to the reception safe, and if this was the worst experience of the wedding, we are lucky. I just hope other patrons are aware and maybe do a bit more research on their actual driver. read more

Birmingham limo is a great company to hire for a girl's night out. I rented the 26 passenger party bus and it was clean and smelled brand new. The sound system was able to handle both mp3 and iPods. The speakers sounded great I have been in other party buses that had blown speakers and CDs would skip. Our driver Ken helped load all of our drinks and coolers (they don't have any stupid rules about banning coolers and Jell-O shots). I can't wait for the opportunity to hire them again. read more
