Trinity did a SUPERIOR job trimming my trees-one very large cedar, a tall magnolia that really needed it and a few other trees. I am capable of taking care of the smaller items, but he and his team are totally worth it. I wasn't having to climb ladders to top some fruit trees. What I especially liked was that he kept a record of each tree and what needed to be done and presented me with the price of each item and the total-all in one visit. No waiting for a call back and his price was so reasonable it was a done deal. The other couple of bids I got were higher, but it that really didn't make much difference because I could tell Ulises knows trees, didn't cut anything drastically, and knew right where to cut. He works with you and asks your opinion after he addresses the trees. The 2 workers assisted in cutting and did a beautiful clean-up. They also shielded the other trees with sheets of plywood to protect them from damage from the overhanging pine cuts. What great service and THIS is the guy you want. read more

Trinity tree service came out on a short notice call to give me an estimate when I had a busy schedule. He was professional in describing what needed to be done, how long it would take, and upfront cost right there and than. On the day that they came out to cut and prune the trees, he and his crew were cautious in avoiding sprinkler valves and the such, protected windows that were close to the trees that needed pruning, and cleaned meticulously well after they were done. He understood exactly what we needed and was good about telling us what we could & couldn't do and with our trees and the in regards to our fence line with our neighbors trees which were over our roof! His crew worked very hard, were thorough and cleaned up everything as they worked. He did crack a tile on our roof by accident (very very minor-- it was an on an edge) but what we were impressed by was that he told us immediately and not only offered to do whatever was necessary to repair it but also offered go out and purchase a replacement tile if necessary. He came out the same day and quoted us a very reasonable quote to remove three palm tree stumps. We arranged for him to come out on Monday and he came out early with his team to get the job done.
