He scoffed when I told him what I needed and wouldn't come out to use the code reader because he insisted it wouldn't read for the car. He finally came out to check it, got upset and told me to unlock the car (it was already unlocked, he didn't try the handle) and sure enough, it read. After it read, he wouldn't tell me the issue until I looked at the reader myself. Wish I got his name.

I pulled over to find oil spilled all over on the engine, as well as an oil reservoir cap that was not tightened down all the way. I didn't think I would have to inspect my vehicle prior to leaving the Walmart parking lot since they're supposed to be "experienced mechanics", but I guess I should've checked anyways. If I wouldn't have pulled over to tighten the cap, I more than likely would've had my car catch on fire. Unless you're planning on inspecting your car after your oil change, I wouldn't recommend this Walmart Auto Center for any type of service.

It should of been done the first week but they somehow they broke plastic on our framing. Ordered a part in to fix it, scuffed up had to reorder. Service (Mike) tried smoothing it over that RG is eating $500 to fix our bike. Probably a bad move on their part to say since we are to pay more than that to fix our bike. 3 weeks later our part isn't in, no 4 wheeler and we are making payments on something we don't have. Given a handful of excuses and a mouthful of attitude why it's not fixed. We are so irate it's not even funny. Our time is money as well. We work with that bike and we are eating the cost. Not cool RG...
