My body has brought other medical professionals to frustration and tears, but Dr. Bailey is the guy who figures out the puzzle and allows you some relief from the chronic pain and demented, sabotaging evil scheme your no good body is plotting against you! Are you scared to see a chiropractor? Are you worried what could happen? Do you think there is no hope for pain relief? Have people suggested chiropractic adjustments or the benefits of physical therapy but you're still skeptical? Then I strongly recommend you read my previous two reviews as I endeavored to make them useful. Everything still applies except they haven't been doing Saturday's lately- could change again in the future. Also, with COVID19, traffic hasn't been bad getting in and out. Dr. Jon is gone and Dr. Ivy is on leave, Dr. Chandler is the other chiropractor and I hear wonderful things about him (but Dr. Chris Bailey is my man). The staff being wonderful, the available machines and therapies, Heather being a super hero, Christina managing impossible feats other massage therapists fear- all still true!! The fact that they will work with your schedules, emergencies and payment plans- also still true! But this review isn't about giving you all the details to make a decision on a great place to get physical therapy or a recommended chiropractor. This review is to straight up give props to the person who helps me get through the day when my migraines are blurring my vision, when my chronic pain isn't letting me straighten up and when a rib under my shoulder blade popped out, kinking my neck which twisted my jaw that led to my ear canal closing so I couldn't keep my damn balance when walking. I mean, come on! Am I maybe a little sentimental because we tend to reflect on the good things in our lives on our birthdays? Well, yeah, that's true, but that doesn't make this review false or undeserved. I woke up thinking it's a miracle I made it to this birthday considering how hard this last year has been on my body and then I realized it's because I'm so lucky that Dr. Bailey started working on me just as things were getting worse again. This man has over 20 years experience and I could see it on the very first adjustment he did on my neck. He can see problems with me before I've complained and before he's touched me. I am blessed to have someone so experienced and intuitive helping me and frankly you're lucky if he trained your chiropractor. He's so dedicated that even when he takes "a vacation" he only takes a couple days in a week because he knows he has patients who couldn't survive an entire week without him. He doesn't leave the room for the next patient after 3 adjustments or if something isn't cooperating, sometimes he'll need to do 15 adjustments to get the job done, and he does. This man runs his own business, trains new chiropractors and sees 100 patients a day- give this man a medal, make him president, build a damn monument! Today, my wife received a sketchy call from some third-party company (Transworld Systems Inc) claiming to be calling on behalf of VRX Medical and asking her to reveal Personal Identifying Information. After a little research, it seems that there are tons of complaints about this company on the Better Business Bureau web site. Neither Village Chiropractic or VRX Medical has contacted us about any balance owed. What a horrible way to do business and Village Chiropractic can be sure of one thing: we will never, ever use their services again! Turns out we owed them a co-pay that they failed to collect at the last visit. They had the wrong address recorded for her account--even though they had to make a copy of her drivers license and insurance card. They never called, they claim to have sent 2 invoices to the wrong address, and turned us into collections over $50 because of their failure to properly communicate. What a joke this place is! I stated simply that the behavior was not encouraging. Their immediate response: "Good morning, Allison! Thank you for your feedback. At Connected Health, we strive to provide a respectful and efficient environment for all of our patients. Given your concerns, we believe it would be best to cancel your appointment. We wish you the very best in finding the care that best fits your needs." Being respectful of your patients would include honoring your appointment commitments. Being respectful of your patients might include not threatening to cancel their appointment the day of, when the patient has already rearranged their schedule. I wanted my deposit back, and my intake information returned to me. I was then forbidden from coming to the office, and told it was not up for debate. Wildly unnecessary. My deposit has yet to be returned.

I have been going to Dr. Foster since experiencing a 60% compression fracture at T-12 (approximate…read moremid spine) some 18 years ago. I suffered the injury while moving my then girlfriend, and I was in agony. I have had some thirty major fractures in my life, and this was as painful as any of the others. Before I could get in to see an orthopedic surgeon to do the balloon kyphoplasty necessary to repair the fracture, I needed relief....badly. Simply standing, or walking, or sitting in a chair, or lying down in bed, was laborious, and excruciating. My parents took me in to see Dr. Foster for the first time, and I could barely get up on his exam table. But he was patient, he listened, and he gave me some immediate help, and showed great care while doing so. I told him I was born with a congenital bone disease called osteogenesis imperfecta which stems from a collagen issue, weakening my bone matrix. It makes me susceptible to fracture. He knew how to help ameliorate the tightness that had developed around the break while exercising the restraint required because of my bones. I also suffer from osteoporosis, degenerative disc disease, and spinal stenosis. It goes without saying that I am a bit of a "special case" medically-my back is one giant game of "whack-a-mole"-yet I trust both Dr. Karl and his son, Dr. Mason-who has also treated me multiple times-unequivocally. It takes a special doctor to build up that trust. They take all the time that is needed for me to describe what is hurting, where I am having tightness, pain or spasms, and tailor the treatment to match my needs, and my body. I have never felt rushed. I have never felt unease that they might hurt me while making adjustments. They have several tools at their disposal, and hit the bullseye every time. Just two days ago, I was having a hard time getting out of bed. I was having this constant, pulsing bone pain at a few joints. I came in to see Dr. Karl, he worked on me, and by the next morning, I was all the way back to my baseline. And contrary to the other review here from a few years ago, the only motivation I have ever sensed when visiting Foster Chiropractic is a profound desire to help patients feel better. They have never ordered an x-Ray that wasn't warranted. The few times we have done one, Dr. Foster explained to me what he was concerned about, and I completely agreed with his assessment. I know my body, and any atypical pain is a cause for concern. And Dr. Foster rightly wanted to see if there was any evidence of a fracture before manipulating my back. He is very conservative in his treatment of me. My body is a bit of a minefield. One minute. everything can be fine, the next, the pain can be substantial. He has always gotten me in at a moment's notice, regardless of whether I had an appointment or not. He has gotten me in first thing at open, or right when they would be closing for the day. The patient is always first, and that's how it should be. Foster Chiropractic has given me the very best care I could hope for, time and time again.
