I booked a whole day here, massage, facial, pedicure while on vacation. I've been to several spas, and highly recommend Woodhouse if you are in the area. Most importantly, the services are great. The pedicure was fantastic, clean, comfy massage chairs, warm neck towel, all the extras. My massage was fantastic and specific to my personal needs (pregnant!). My facial was the biggest surprise, not just because I was glowing afterward, but because the massage during my facial to my arms, shoulders, feet, was... amazing. Where this place really wins is the quiet room, amenities, and staff. I like a bit of time between services, that quiet room is cozy, with tea and little snacks, it's truly lovely. This place feels like they have an Army of staff, constantly checking the locker rooms and quiet room, cleaning up after guests. Everything was so clean. I will spare the internet from my personal dramas, but I also had a family emergency the day of my service. My husband had called the spa to pull me out of my massage. It was 30 minutes into my first service, and I had to cancel my whole day. The staff were more than professional, they were genuinely caring and kind to me as I was crying, they were even going to drive me to the hospital. Later that afternoon I called back, believe it or not they were able to get me rebooked with some differences, before the end of my vacation. WOW! Another amazing spa treatment at Wood House Spa. The moment you open the door you are transported to luxury surroundings. The check in was welcoming and I was treated like royalty being guided to the beautiful locker area then tranquility waiting area. I was given the best facial by Maria who evaluated and recommended the perfect facial to fit my needs. totally disappointed ! 35 minutes for $150 ! Woodhouse spa Naples I was given gift certificate from a friend for $150 for massage at Woodhouse spa on 41 close to Marshalls , I called talk to them set up appointment and they told it's only for one hour. I was late for 7 minutes and the front desk when they called me to ask me if i am coming or not i told them i was on the corn, was a bad traffic and sge said its ok no worries but did not warn me that these 7 min will be take away olus 10 extra from my massage.. I was unaware of that . so my massage started at 12:15 and finished at 12:50 so you count how many minutes are 35 min for $150 ! So disappointing and taking advantage of people paying for that ! If your massage is one hour that is 60 min not 50 not 40 and definitely not 35 ! And I did asked them why I did not have full hour as I have been told prior massage! front desk girl answered oh it's 50 minutes that is considered one hour well let me tell you all of you yo need go back to school to learn how to count because obviously you don't know to count! I will never go back there just to be ripped off ! The massage was ok . Not the best one but was ok . And she offered to talk to the manager to what they can do for me but i said no because after what they are doing to people i will not feel comfortable to go again. And she asked me if i wanted to leave a gratitude, I said no to that too ..I work for $20 per hour and just pay them $150 for 35 min and she is asking me for tip ?! For real!? Sorry these $150 i am earning them for almost 8 hours of hard working! If they lower the prices to something normal i would be happy to leave some tip .. but these prices are not worth for the service they are offering ! Very frustrating and disappointing. read more

Decent spa. They have a locker room with a steam and sauna inside. The interior is a little outdated (like maybe early/ mid 00's) but it's still way nicer than any cheap massage place. They have a sweet relaxing room with nice tea and snacks. I got the signature calming retreat which is almost two hours long. If I went back I would have probably just gotten a regular massage. I normally get deep tissue massages and I didn't know until AFTER the service I could have added deep tissue. It was still a great massage ... I even fell asleep!! So very relaxing - but - I needed that deep tissue. The dry brush and the scrub to me were not worth it. The whole service is about $75 more than a 80 or 90 min massage, so youre essentially paying $75 for that extra 20-30 minutes which is about how long the dry brush/scrub took. I've had better scrubs at a cheap pedicure/ nail salon.. Overall I would go back --but I would definitely choose a different service. read more

I love the ambiance of the spa. The changing area was really nice and very clean. They provide a robe and slippers to wear during your visit. There are two saunas that I didn't try this time, but will next time. There is also a full shower with shampoo, soap, etc. Then you go to the quiet room where they have snack, water, tea while you wait for your provider. My massage therapist, Brandon did an amazing job! I was holding a lot of tension in my neck and the pain was completely relieved. I love the 80 min service because it really gives me time to relax and settle into being relaxed. The CBD enhancement really added to the service as well! I can't wait for my next visit! read more

I was currently going through cancer treatments , my mom purchased a gift certificate , and said please do what service you would like . I called and asked about the gift certificate, they looked it up and found it was for 300.00 . I immediately booked the micro deem abrasion , as it is something I always wanted to do and I would be having a lot of down time for any healing of my skin would need . I went , it was lovely , greated so nice and shown to the lockers then to the relaxation room , I was so excited it was wonderful . Then after about 40 min I was call to get my service , she completely talked me out of the facial I wanted , was such a light touch and basically washed my face and put a red light mask on , I was very disappointed, not one for conflict , ex specially with my up coming surgery, I just wanted to relax , I left in tears , they said my certificate was only worth 200.00 and I owed the 100 , I told them let me get my card out of the card and explained their staff had booked what my certificate allowed . She assured me my card would not be charged, and she would speak to her supervisor and let me know , I was so humiliated! Turns out she did charge my card and would not give me the refund as promised . I went on to explain that I wanted the micro abrasion facial and the aesthetician completely talked me out of it and just put a red light on my face so I felt very unheard. I felt very humiliated and I felt like the whole thing was just the worst experience besides the surgery I was going into the following week What meant for me to relax and forget about stuff and just take care of me turned into a few days of turmoil. Really great experience at Woodhouse Spa Naples. I have constant and chronic pain in my neck and pain had gone into my entire back and I scheduled in with Onur for an :80 Minute Deep Tissue Massage. WOW!!! While a vigorous massage was also soothing as it really released the pain and tension I was feeling. I immediately felt some relief and slept so well the evening following my massage. The atmosphere is nice and peaceful. They offer a good variation of services. My only complaint is that i was asked to arrive 30 min early to complete a new guest profile. I instead sat in the "quiet room" and watched other guest arrive and be serviced before me. And when it came time for my facial, the girl was asking me questions and writing stuff down for the first 15 minutes so the first part of my facial was not relaxing and it was not accompanied later, it was just taken out of my time. I'm not sure why they request for you to come early but id say you can probably skip that and just arrive for your appointment time. My new husband and I scheduled a couples massage to start off our honeymoon weekend. After putting our stuff away and waiting in the quiet room, I was approached by management to inform me one of our masseuses became ill @ lunch and only one would be available for us. They told us the one masseuse could us each half the time we were scheduled for. We chose this option, which was making the best out of the situation. The massage was great at has always has been the case in our experience @ the spa. Much to our surprise the manager comped our whole massage, left a gift bag with spa goodies and a beautiful card. Now comes the really thoughtful part, as if that was not enough. We did tell the manager where we were staying for our honeymoon. After checking into the resort, we went to dinner and when we returned to our room, there was a plate of chocolate covered strawberries and a card from the Woodhouse Day Spa wishing us well. Amazing. From start to finish. Salon is clean and beautiful. I love the saunas, showers, hot tea and quiet room. This was my second time at Woodhouse and this time was much busier. I went in at 1pm and there wasn't much room in the quiet room to sit and relax. The good thing was that because of all the people in the quiet room, it allowed me to have time alone in the sauna. Which I loved. I did the meditation soak package and it was perfect. Started off with dry brushing,then a full body scrub followed by a 20 min bath soak with epsom salt. It ended with a wonderful body balance massage.amazing. I love using the showers before I leave because they supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a shower spray to use! The front desk worker was rude (this was the younger lady who just needs to be trained in customer service). I was scheduled for a body balance massage and without asking me they upgraded me to a more expensive massage. At the end of the session they did lower my cost back to my original order but the front desk lady commented to me on my tip being to low which it maybe was for this expensive massage I actually received that I didn't order but I've still never had someone tell me my tip wasn't significant enough. The lockers also didn't work so you had to go to the front desk to get them to open your locker. They said they have a steam room and sauna on the phone. They do have a sauna that seats about 3 people, the steam room is just as tingle person steam shower. The massage itself was a good massage but the rest of the experience tainted it. read more
