They also refused to prorate or refund any portion of my payment. According to the employee I spoke with, the owner has a blanket policy of not issuing refunds under any circumstances. The owner was not very polite either while on the phone. I wasn't informed of the price increase until two weeks after my payment had been taken. After initially denying me access to services I had already paid for, the owner's "resolution" was to allow me to use the service just one final time on Monday (7/14). I understand that prices can increase, but blindsiding clients and taking their money without proper notice or options is completely unacceptable. After being a loyal client for three years, I unfortunately can no longer recommend this business.

I looked up tip and shaved and exfoliated before arriving and did not put any products on my skin. The girl at the desk was very helpful and explained the differences in the spray tans. With her help I decided to get a tan that shows instantly and added moisturizer. She then walked me to the back and explained the process to me. They have barrier cream to put on hands and feet. I wish I would have used a but more but it was fine. There is a hair net to cover your hair but don't let it sit on your forehead. Last, there are sticky pads for the bottom of your feet. Once you get in you stand as directed and push the button. It's over in a matter of 2 minutes and you step out dry. She was not kidding when she said instant! I was immediately tan and it looked great! There was no orangey tone it was very natural. When I got home my fiancé said I looked thinner but he couldn't figure out why. . Now I feel like I have to come back every month!

They offer specials to upgrade to the next level at a low cost and basically reward you for being a platinum member because you don't have to wait for a bed when they have 8+ of these beds. I pay nearly $90/ month and only tan 2 or 3 times a month and depending on the season I can't get the bed I prefer. I've complained about this for years and nothing changes, as has MANY others as ive heard them or the works thank me for not yelling at them for the wait. I only stay because it's convenient to use palm beach, not because I prefer it. I get a $50 reward every 3 to 5 years now when it used to be annually until covid, juat had one expire. I really am starting to contemplate being a customer as it truely doesn't even seem worth it or pay less to not have to wait every time. You really need to offer a credit every time a customer has to down grade their bed because this company is to cheap to add another when one of these diamond beds is over 10 years old. Keep making your money and stealing from your customers palm beach... can't wait for another company to blow you out the water one day... your not about your customers your about profit and gain, just look at the ridiculous lotion prices on top of lack of upgrading beds I'm comparison to the price you charge!

I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. It's been about a month and out of the blue I get a call from the owner Brandi harassing me so I hung up on her. She calls back and leaves me a message rambling on telling me I stoled from her and I wasn't welcome back. I was planning on going back anyway.
