I hired Mariachi Tecuala for my quiencenera event this past Saturday (9/5/26) and they never showed…read moreup. Not even a call or anything to let me know they were not going to show up. My spouse and I tried calling and texting them multiple times that evening to see what was going on but no one answered, we got radio silence. Several hours later they responded to my Instagram message asking if the mariachi had showed up? They apologized for the no show but that doesn't make it okay and it was very unprofessional of them to not give me any warning or heads up. What was even more disappointing is that I had reserved the date almost a year in advance, three months before the event date I reached out to confirm we were still on for my event and they said yes. The day of the event I sent them a text and they responded with the"Liked". I thought we were all set for the event but to my surprise they never showed up.
