For the tiniest detail they would recommend to contact a different licensed professional. Like he had trouble using the stationary door lock - not that it didn't work, but it was difficult to use. Recommendation to contact a qualified door repair/installation contractor. I also feel they caused damage to the house during the inspection. A toilet that we rarely used that sits on tile on a slab foundation all of a sudden needs to be reset. The insulation on the back of an AC unit we had maintenance service one month prior is loose. The AC tech that came to fix this said that they carefully remove the cover as to not disrupt the insulation, but if you pull it off without care it can disrupt the insulation. The electric heat pump for the pool had the side covering no longer laying flat as if someone removed the front panel - and now needs to be repaired, I'm suspicious. I understand it's their job to test things, but don't break stuff that I now have to fix.
