He said drip edges were there that weren't, ventilation wasn't there, that was. He outright lied to me about the seals around my power mast and ventilation that were dry rotted. He somehow missed a 6 inch diameter hole in the sheathing. Along with 23 other pieces of sheathing (plywood) that were rotted and falling apart. He missed a toilet valve that didn't work, the oven outlet that didn't work, a GFI outlet in the kitchen that kills lighting to 2 rooms when it is switched to protect the circuit, and quite a few other things that an actual certified home inspector that cares about his work should have found. This guy either doesn't care, or is friends with the selling agent and wanted to help her out. Either way, save yourself some money in the long term and spend the extra $100 now to get someone that cares about their work and their customers satisfaction. Once this guy saw the pics I texted him of the things he missed he simply ignored me.. Stay away from this business in Fort Wayne.
