Matt helped a tremendous amount when no other company would even touch my phone. Not only did he help me get an express replacement through AppleCare, but he helped me try to back up 1 Terabyte worth of almost lost data from my iPhone which had never been backed up. He helped me set up my new phone when it finally came in the mail, and even walked through to show me what was going on with my old phone's screen. With my luck after a month without a working phone, my 2 week old new phone had additionally been crushed during the snow last week, and I again was without a working phone at all. I quickly went to Mobile Kangaroo where Chase helped me sort out the plan to either repair or replace my phone. He helped communicate consistently even when I created a hectic email thread, but he took so much of his own time to help me get a phone before finals! To my surprise after we pestered Apple, I received an express replacement phone in just a couple days after Chase and Anthony worked to get the phone expedited which means the most to me. Compucare Technical Services has astounded me with their lack of professionalism. Amidst lies in…read moretheir reply to my Google review (proven via the text and call logs attached) they have accused me of being "angry" because they couldn't get to my PC fast enough. The only reason I was "angry" is because he spoke to me like I was an idiot, claimed he did nothing wrong, claimed 60 degrees celsius was normal, and generally avoided accountability. He has also failed to communicate properly, saying he'd get back to me and never texting back, then becoming passive aggressive when I checked in. Additionally, he searched for my new CPU on Amazon, rather than using Newegg or any other dedicated parts search, and ordered a CPU that would be completely incompatible with my system AND the motherboard he had ordered. If I hadn't caught the incompatibility, I might still be without my PC. Again, I had no issue with the fact that a mistake occurred. In fact I would have been gracious had accountability been taken. It was his communication over the phone on Sunday that led me to take matters into my own hands. No matter who discovered the issue, Compucare Technical Services was blatantly unprofessional and frankly frustrating to deal with on multiple occasions. Additionally, he tried to offer me $100 cash when I said I would be changing my review this morning. And the agreement referenced in his reply states that I must allow them opportunity to rectify the issue before issuing a *credit card chargeback,* which has not happened. CTS has yet again contacted me, despite me specifically asking him not to, and continued to berate me as a result of my review of my bad experience.
