How I am not some Country Bumpkin you can continue and do this to! My wife and me tried to stop in the Greencastle Office following Monday as to why we were left hanging? (Customers for several decades with full well & water treatment from Negley's) They refused to come to the inner locked door, wonder why they installed this I thought? Negley's hired a lawyer and put a Restraining Order against us! Tell me what will an elderly couple do that they enforced such an action against us, complain, plea for help, what? Abuse of legal system, and an overwhelming display non business like, emotional behavior!
