I haven't been back here in over a year, because of the terrible service, and finally decided to come back today since I had time and quickly made me realize why I stopped in the first place. I wanted to try an outfit on and for some reason she didn't want to get off her lazy ass to open the door for me. I was outraged and dropped everything and left. I should have known better to not be back to begin with. Finally had to make a Yelp review even though only one person has reviewed it, just to let my frustration out. Sadly I didn't get her name because I was only seeing anger. But the conversation went something like this: Me: I wanted to try this outfit on and the fitting rooms are locked. Her: You can't try that on. Me: Why not? Her: Your not allowed. Me: Um....I don't get it. Her: *Stares blankly at me* Me: Is there a reason why I can't or you just don't want to help me? Her: You just can't. Me: Goes and puts outfit back where it belongs because God forbid her using her legs and doing her fucking job and left. IM DONE.

They mainly do business with vintage shops and boutiques, but they have recently decided to open their doors to the public on the last Saturday of each month. The set-up of Top Vintage is like a warehouse (of win). However, if you are expecting a disorganized joint where shoppers are left to fend for themselves, you are sorely mistaken. They have all their items arranged into areas and bins, from dresses to overalls to jackets to shorts to shoes to bags/backpacks. During July's Top Saturday, they even hand-picked some black and white items to go on separate racks for easier browsing. As a vintage shopper, it is a prime source of goods and the Saturday events are like treasure hunts. It's that much more rewarding to take something home when you know you've worked to discover it. The staff is very kind and helpful and it is a great environment to shop. I was happy to stumble across this one based on a recommendation from a social media post. I pulled up the stores website to see if they had plus sized clothes and called to confirm they did, before I drove there after my visit. The lady on the phone confirmed they did indeed have a plus size selection so I was on my merry way. Upon entering the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. I told the lady (I really hate I forgot her name) that I was just browsing and let her know I was the one that called and asked about the plus sized clothes. She said, "oh yes, Ebone'!" Now I am sure she got that from the caller ID, but the fact that she remembered and knew (and pronounced) my name, I had to give all the stars in the world for the personable customer service. She provided me with a couple of items to try on and unfortunately nothing worked to my liking (and everything else I loved was too small), but their clothes are GORGEOUS!
