I cannot recommend CTI of Acadiana. They were hired to do a concrete resurfacing around the pool…read morearea. He was paid way too much money for the quality of the job that we received. The crew began work on April 2, 2018. The poor workmanship consisted of overspray of product on pool coping, dripping of the product which cause bleaching of an area on the 1 year old pool liner, settling of about 2" of cement dust on the bottom of the pool, and sloppy work on the expansion joints. Mr. Ron sent his crew back twice to fix the problem areas. It has been almost 3 months and the issues have not been resolved to our satisfaction. I am extremely frustrated that it has taken this long and the project is still not finished. Someone else will complete this project.
