I found this cooking school on a FB a few weeks ago, so I decided to give it a try. The owner Francois is very friendly and welcoming from day one I signed up for class, this is a school so you need to call and make reservations, pay in person. The classes fill up fast from the repeat customers, some the repeaters have taken over 380 classes, I was like Wow, take the class U will realize why, he is a expert! Loads of fun and laughter. He explains everything in detail and take home the menu that night. You will introduce yourself, eat, drink wine, laugh, share your thoughts. Adequate free parking, school is easy to find.
