Courtney and Trey were the best! We were in snow and mud and couldn't get traction, so we were stuck on Chalk Bluff Road. We called AAA, and the local towing company, Triple M, responded to our need for assistance. Courtney was responsive and professional and kept me updated about the status of our call. It took about an hour for the tow truck to get there, and I was so relieved when I saw the truck - it was 7 pm and pitch black and 39 degrees. Trey came down the hill to help us and tried to push our car, but that didn't work, so he expertly backed his huge tow truck down a dark, winding road and used his winch to pull our car out. He asked us to give him 50 feet before driving out so flying rocks wouldn't hit our car. When we hadn't driven out yet, he walked back down the road to make sure we were okay. This company is not a good company they dump in our community just in the past three weeks they had dumped off of Jonesboro Road and our Creek and they were paid to do it they knew exactly what they were doing a community resident confronted them and they said that's what they got paid to do that is a disgrace for Nevada county their license should be pulled they are dumpers read more

Hands down the best towing company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I called them personally with an issue and they were quick and prompt to provide me with their services. The level of professionalism is on point and so was the communication. The friendly driver kept me up to date over text (which I prefer) with eta's and what to expect. It was a very hot day over 90 degrees and I wanted to help him so badly because of it but he assured me not to worry that he got it all handled and he did. He was excellent (I wish I remember his name). I cannot speak highly enough of this company and its people. I've used their services before and was very happy then. On a rainy day today I was packing up my car to go to Chico. In a rush I locked my car by mistake with my purse and fob for my Lexus inside! I called AAA and they had someone come out in less than 30 minutes! I have only had to use AAA twice in 10 years and I am so glad I continue to have this membership! MICHAEL came out and was able to unlock my vehicle. He is super positive and friendly! He genuinely likes his job! The driver who came to get the vehicle was great, the staff at their location, at least on the phone are rude. I'm sure if my presence was there in person, the tune would have been more receptive. I got locked out of my car due to the key fob running out of battery. I called AAA and this company came within minutes. Darrell used his nifty tools to get inside the car without a problem. Then, my car battery was dead as well so I could not leave the county fair in GV. He tried multiple times to give it power and it looked like it was not going to turn on. Perhaps it was something else? We had figured out a ride to pick us up, and he stayed with us to make sure we had made arrangements. He had even talked about connecting us to a towing company that could take the car back to Sacramento a day or two after. He was about to leave when he came up with the idea to put the windows down to make it easier to get in the car. As a last try, we pushed the start button and somehow it worked. Darrell of Triple M Towing came to my house after I called AAA for a battery issue on my 2014 Acura RDX. The battery charging light came on the day before on my way home from Sacramento. He tested the battery and saw that it was starting to fail. Installing the new battery was a chore because the replacement battery had a ridge on it that the factory battery did not have. Darrell got it installed and then tested the charging system twice after seeing that the alternator was not working properly. Not unexpected with 150,000 miles on the engine and not knowing how old the alternator was having purchased the car used from Car Max. It was good to know that I needed to have the alternator checked rather than being stuck commuting to Sacramento and have the engine die on me. The price of the new battery was what I expected having checked prices at auto parts stores before calling. Avoiding the hassle of installing the battery myself was well worth the call to AAA and having the good service by Triple M Towing. I heartily recommend Triple M Towing. read more

This company will not own up to their mistakes. I called for a tow (38 miles) to the Jeep dealer because my jeep would not start. They arrived after a 3 hour wait and told me they can't take it to the dealer today because they are short staffed, rather the wanted to store my vehicle until they had staffing. I was told this could be up to 72 hours. I informed them that was not an option. They then left my yard running over the corner of my son's basketball court breaking off the corner. They denied breaking it and refuse to step up and fix what they broke. Absolutely no integrity for a business. I will share my experience with everyone I know and suggest they take their business anywhere but Triple M Towing. read more

I've had to have Triple M Towing out twice and going for a 3rd time this week. It was all during their busiest time during our stormy weather here in GV and Nevada City. Hank was the driver both times, and as they were understaffed due to reasons beyond their control, Hank was working on emergencies until way into the night. He arrived at close to 11 pm to haul my Ford Escape to the Ford Service in Auburn. Both times Hank was professional and so friendly and helpful that you'd never know he had been working non-stop for so long. Their phone staff was also VERY helpful in keeping me abreast as I was very stressed over my situation. I highly recommend Triple M and am delighted my AAA Service utilizes this company for towing. Owners are very rude and unprofessional!! They towed a vehicle and it showed up with damage. The husband Chris said he would email me footage of one of their tow trucks while they had said vehicle in their possession, said I would have it the following day. After having to call them almost daily with no footage the wife Alisha calls me, practically yelling and would barely let me get one word out. She said because I called non stop that they would not be sending any footage. Super shady business. Hopefully AAA drops them so I don't have to go through them again when using our AAA membership. If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. We broke down on the 174 off-ramp in GV on a day trip from Carson City, NV to take care of some affairs of my recently deceased mother. We had multiple stops to make, and a short timeline in which to accomplish everything. These folks, from the dispatcher to the tow driver to their mechanic, did everything they had in their power to help us get where we needed to go and what we needed to do. They went above and beyond, and took care of us like family. Just amazing and beyond grateful to all of them for taking a disaster of a day into something we could feel blessed about. I cannot recommend this company. Our 17 year old owned her car, and totaled it, a thankfully survived, but the police had the car towed to Triple M. The next day, since the owner could not pay the towing, they would not let the car be removed from pound, but charged $100 a day, every day, even when they could not be contacted by phone. There was no negotiating, no recourse. When we finally got there after the long weekend the bill was over $1000. This company will take full advantage of your misfortune. Pic and pull would have bought it for a couple hundred, but couldn't come get it for over a week. The day after it was towed the 17 year old owner asked if they would take the pink slips in exchange for the towing. They were just told, no, we don't want the car. read more
