I took my truck there for brake service, they said I needed brake line repair, which I considered…read moreto be true since my brakes went out when I was out driving. They also said needed brakes, calipers rotors all around, they said everything was $ 2200. I let them do the job, they said it would take a week, it took them 3 weeks, then when I was ready to pay the guy tells me $4200. I said the quote was $2200, then he says oh well, I'll give you the discount of $3800, are you serious? I asked for my truck back , now it's $2200. I paid, they said they would be finished up that evening, I asked could they bring to my house, no problem, tow truck comes but my truck in yard, don't knock on door or nothing, just so happen I saw him, I'm like where's the keys, in the truck, this man in such a rush. I say where's the hub caps to the wheels, he look he say on front seat, so you can't put everything back like it was. I drove it it seem fine, brakes work, but they emptied the gas didn't even replace it, I mean zero drop, I don't think I could go to the gas station, I had to call AAA. This place sucks and a rip off! Don't go here ever! Don't even get gas there!

I took it back to the other autoshop and they told me I had an internal engine problem and that it would cost me $4,000 to fix it. My engine only had 100,000 miles on it and this other autoshop were offering to replace it with an engine with 96,000 miles...for $4,000. It just didn't make sense; in one month, pay out $5,000 for my car? My sister told me about Clovers Collision. I brought my car here and they told me that the new parts placed for my catalytic converter were aftermarket parts (or something like that), and that their manual said to only use parts from Jeep. Clovers Collision did something ( I can't quite explain it cause I'm not a car aficionado). Bottom line, there was no internal engine problem. They fixed the issue for less than $300! I'm so grateful for this place. The most kind and genuine mechanics I have EVER MET!!! Mike was extremely personable. He took his time and explained everything. This place is a gem! You can TRUST them!

I called and spoke with Dakota, who said they could take a look. I misunderstood which Thursday he meant and showed up a week early. Dakota graciously took the car anyway. They checked it over several days, including the weekend. When I stopped in Monday, Dakota said they hadn't found a significant draw, and the car had started fine all weekend. That was a relief, especially since I'm getting ready to sell it. Then I asked what I owed. Dakota handed me an invoice for $0.00. He explained that if they don't find the problem, they don't charge. A customer standing beside me said he'd been coming there for years and that this was simply their policy. I was blown away by the honesty and kindness.
