I then personally called about 15 tow companies with no answer or out of service numbers. I finally came in contact with Official Towing. The friendly voice on the other side of the line finally gave me my first spec of Hope. The operator asked how I was doing, asked about what happened and really cared about my situation. He even provided safety instructions to follow and said not to get out of the car. Within about 15 minutes, Jeff came to my rescue and got me and my vehicle off of the highway to safety. He took me about 2 miles away to an auto shop and he actually figured out what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it right then and there. From there, I didn't even have to leave my vehicle to be fixed. I was able to drive home. Jeff was extremely friendly and did his job above and beyond. I can never thank him enough. An amazing guy. It was reasonably priced at $170.00 for the tow but the experience was priceless. Jeff saved me hundreds if not thousands I would have spent at the auto shop.
