She was very patient with my son and us when we arrived since he was not yet asleep and gave me enough time to feed and change my baby. Amanda was super friendly and walked us through her process and ideas and asked my husband and I for more details on our answers from the survey that was submitted prior to the appointment (this is how she puts together the color scheme, props and outfits). Amanda was friendly and conversational throughout the photo shoot and would show us some of the pictures taken which were all adorable! She made the experience stress-free for us new parents and had yummy candy available since it was a long session. We just received the link for the gallery photos and oh my gosh they are absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the results. Amanda is incredibly talented; her composite artwork is truly beautiful and fun (those photos were some of my favorites)! She has great deals/packages for purchasing all of the photos along with other items like a canvas or prints. We found her pricing to be extremely fair and honestly, completely worth every single penny. I am so thankful that Amanda was able to accommodate our family on such short notice. It was very expensive, but I know I won't regret having these high quality newborn pictures. I booked the 3-hour session because I know how photoshoots can go, and we would need all the time we could get with our baby. There was some confusion about the pricing listed online vs in the text communication, but I didn't sweat it. During our photo shoot, I found Amanda to be highly professional, clear and honest, patient with our baby, and accommodating to our ideas/vision. I see that the lower reviews complain about Amanda's demeanor and customer service. Remember that when a person is at the top of their field, sometimes their tolerance for ignorance goes down. I don't mind a little bit of gruff when the professional is highly talented. If you need to be babied as a customer, maybe this isn't the right studio? I met Amanda 10 years ago. She first shot me and my fiance at Mount Charleston. She made me smile back then after capturing "the perfect sun shot" . She jumped up and down and was super excited. She showed me the image on her camera and I must admit she got me hooked. Since then, she's captured my entire family and a few of my friends. She is very very detailed oriented. I'll start off by saying that our main issues were a lack of proper communication and also a lack of consideration during COVID times- while my wife and I wore masks during our newborn photo session, Amanda did not. Especially since our baby girl was only 7 days old I felt this was pretty unprofessional. When it came to the photos she gave us a timeline of 3 weeks, which was fine. However after that time had passed there was no heads up as to how much longer it would take. Finally after 5 weeks she sent out a generic email saying there had been some corrupted files and an issue with the server. Then she misquoted how much it was to download the photos - initially saying it was only $100 then it turned into $200 more bringing the grand total up to $850 with the package. While I would say that the photos she took were decent, she also promised some photos with added photoshop that did not appear to be the case. I would agree with a previous reviewers comments that she was 'military style' and not super friendly. Unfortunately we won't not be using this studio in the future. read more

Positives: There is a large freestanding house that serves as a full studio, nobody lives there. There are endless props, headbands, outfits, and background colors to choose from. The end product is very good. My newborn shoot produced 34 different photos, all very professionally done. I had a medical issue several days before the shoot and she allowed me to change the shoot date which I greatly appreciate it. Negatives: The photographer does not have a very happy personality. At times I felt like we were inconveniencing her with the shoot. It took three weeks to receive watermarked digital pictures. And another week after that to receive digital files after the required $150 print order. So in total it took a month to have the photos, which is longer than I had anticipated. read more

Best photographer in the Las Vegas & Hendersin city! I love how creative they are in the background and settings. The most important thing I like about their packages is that they include the digital prints if I buy their print minimum. Although, I wish their wasn't a print minimum, but it is reasonable. I prefer the digital prints so I can use it to make cards and albums and pass it to other people. I have looked at other photgraphers and used others, and I think they are the best for my kids portraits. They know how to use the lighting and it doesn't look too dark or washed out on the pictures.
