We've done different kinds of photoshoots for my baby boy's milestone months, but with the coronavirus shutdown I didn't think I'd be able to do any more professional portraits for a while. Suddenly I saw an add for Jacqueline Andrea Photography on Facebook doing "safe at home" Mother's Day portraits outside your front door while social distancing. I was so excited for this awesome way to celebrate and commemorate my first ever Mother's Day! Jackie was super friendly, helpful with poses and composition, and had great turnaround time. I contacted Jaqueline directly on Facebook early this year Jan/Feb through messages. I paid $550 for two hours of photoshoot for my daughters birthday. The photographer that was sent lacked experience and he barely captured any pictures of my daughter, decor, ect. I received digital photos of mostly the Mariachi band, i was very disappointed because we cannot relive the moment and retake pictures. I was hesitant in given her a review because i know how much reviews can harm a business. I contacted Jaqueline again directly through facebook messenger and she agreed that the pictures taken were not valued at what i paid and she offered. 1. give 50% refund 2. a photoshoot with her at her studio. originally i didnt contact her because quiet frankly i was too upset to do so. I contacted her today, and told her i wanted a photoshoot and she stated that a photoshoot at her studio was $950 and that she would discount and it would be $550, i reminded her of her resolution offer, and she asked me to send her a screen shot of the message i sent her a screen record of her message, basically she did not honor her word, nor her offers., and i know wonder if there is more people out there that FEEL BAD GIVING A BAD REVIEW and dont. I told her to keep the money and i would give her a review and she blocked me on facebook, i guess so people dont see the review i dont know., but very unprofessional. For all the recognition she claims to have and or gets, it is crappy how she perfomed in this outcome. Now i dont want her services even if they were free. Not good business. read more
