(The only part she could not facilitate was the ground transportation) It was flawless execution since we would arrive late afternoon, so no waiting to check in and a late afternoon return departure allowing us to utilize most of the 5th day. She arranged our activities, pre-book them, so no, waiting in line, and or dealing with money exchanged . She thought of everything and has us repaired. I was so comfortable knowing that I was looked after during my trip. she said that, she would be on call from the beginning to the end of my trip, and she was. Everything was just a email or a app away and every thing was printable and arranged per day. We booked our Oceania Transoceanic cruise about 18 months in advance - plenty of time to coordinate - but none of our request were handled properly. NS blamed Oceania for the travel arrangements, yet Oceania only comunicates through the travel agent leaving us stuck with NS and no real help. To make matters worse, we (friends and us) were assigned different travel advisors at NS who did not communicate with each other. Our friends and us ended up with cabins on opposite ends of the ship. We both paid for Business Class upgrades; we were booked on different airlines with different itineraries. Wrong information given to us. Communication was poor - excuses, delays and no accountability or taking responsibility. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Non-Stop Travel. If you want clear communication and a company that actually listens, look elsewhere. If you are considering an Oceania cruise, book directly with Oceania.

You do have to fight the H-1/Nimitz traffic which is absent in Japan, so that element also should be considered. Definitely worth doing a cost/benefit comparison and then decide for yourself. You know when it's time you jump on their website to see the dates which clearly lists the prices and availability even to the point of selecting your seats are all conveniently done online...except me...sigh! For some reason I go through the whole process and unable to book it so I must go to the office which is located in the Ala Moana Pacific Center ninth floor (for the ninth island lol!) which used to be home to Shokudo on the ground floor and is right beside Ala Moana Center so parking is super easy as we all know. It's been since probably 2018 since my last trip so already excited and ready the staff there was very friendly and helpful to book my trip and it took just moments which was so much appreciated, this was really for mom but we both are so excited and the whole process couldn't be any more easier. The whole trip was fantastic though getting to the airport is recommended for the whole check in as they do use Hawaiian Airlines but are booked at a separate location so the single line could get long, and our gate was literally to the very back of the airport and the longest walk I've ever done, they do take care of your luggage and all the transportation and one of the reasons mom prefers using them and as long she's happy so am I and the whole package is inclusive so that you can focus on your journey.
