When I provided proof that both luggages were less than what she claimed, the employee simply said that it's their policy to measure from the wheel to the handle instead of the actual luggage size and commenting "if I didn't think the luggage too heavy then [I'm] welcome to carry the luggage with me" while knowing fully well that it's not an option to do so. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because they at least kept my luggage safe for a short duration even though they overcharge and had unpleasant attitude.

At least half an hour later, after we had stored our bags at the airport instead, he contacted me apologizing for the error and offered to store our bags for free, but it was too late.
