There is no other car repair place in Spring Hill that is as genuine and experienced as Stagecoach! My wife and I moved to Spring Hill in 2014 and have taken our car for repairs there two times now. We can honestly say this place is the best Auto Repair shop we have ever been too! The technicians care so much about customer service that each time they took us out to the car while it was up in the air to show and describe everything they diagnose and then take the time to explain/ educate us on the mechanics of the parts and there importance. We always know exactly what is wrong and what they are doing to fix it and never feel uneasy about what we are paying for. Unlike other places that say they did something but you find yourself unconfident that they really did what they billed for. The most recent time we had Monty the owner personally diagnose and spend over an hour scrutinizing the underside of our vehicle to make sure he didn't miss anything. He checked each and every bolt. Stagecoach is one of those places you hear about, but rarely are fortunate enough to find. A repair facility with integrity! I was recommended to this place by a friend not long after I moved here three years ago. That is partly why I'm writing this review now. If I can recommend them to someone else, I feel like I'm passing on the news about a great local service to others. They immediately greet me by name when I walk in the door. They have been honest with me (as I have an older car) when they don't feel a particular repair is worth it given the cost/reward to fixing it. Their communication back and forth while the car is in the shop is clear and timely. Basically, they understand customer service and strive to keep customers happy. Isn't that what we all want? In the past ICaCC have had a few visits to Stagecoach Auto Repair for routine maintenance. Everything was handled professionally and the cost was in line with everyone else. Things became really clear when I could not open my drivers side door on my 12 year old Saturn Vue. I delivered my car at 7:30 a.m. and am sooooo pleased with the service and care I received. They had a really nice lady drive me home and kept me informed as to the progress and cost to repair my car. When the repair was complete they had another really nice lady pick me up so I could pay my very reasonable bill and bring my car home. Hands down the best repair shop I have ever worked with. I have had my cars to them about 8 times since we have lived in Spring Hill (5 years) and I have spent less every time than I expected going in and never felt like I was sandbagged or had marginally needed work pushed at me. In fact they have on multiple times looked at things that I have thought might need to be done and advised repairs of a less costly nature instead. Now how often does that happen? They stand by their work and have made good after the fact when I had continuing issues after initial repairs are made. Marvelous!! Had a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up truck that needed major help. Stagecoach team replaced my engine as the primary job but also helped address issues with several systems e.g. heating/cooling, braking, steering, suspension, electrical, drive train and did a full inspection (truck new to me) and identified many concerns but they helped me navigate multiple options. I truly appreciated their constant updates, great advice and competitive pricing. As a bonus, I didn't expect my moss covered vehicle to be returned to me cleaned (inside and out) paint shining with tire dressing and all, these guys take great pride in their work and do an excellent job no matter what aspect of repair!! read more

I moved to the area and relied on reviews to find a new mechanic. Stagecoach had strong reviews so we took a chance 4-5 years ago and now we will not go anywhere else. No matter how much time passes they somehow remember my son and I every time we come in, even if just by the make of his old truck. Their honesty, integrity and performance are the top 3 reasons they have earned my loyalty. Several times throughout the years I brought one of our cars in anticipating a major repair and was informed it was a simple repair. Had work done there about a half a dozen times. Various vehicles they always will clear about how long before they could look at the vehicle and they did adhere to the schedule they had set. Fair price for quality work. Good warranty and follow up work. Dealership wanted to do 15K worth of work on one of my cars and I bought it to them and they did All the necessary repairs for 2K. They also gave me a list of stuff I might want to do down the road. I try a lot of places out and this place is well worth visiting even though it's a 1/2 hour out of my way. Talk to Frankie. I appreciate the stagecoach staff. I had a couple of things happen to my 2006 Saturn vue. I took it in for air conditioning repair, although it failed again a year later, they stood behind their work. Also had an emissions issue. My gas mileage suffered, and my engine emissions light would not turn off. I took it to 2 other garages, and they couldnt get it right. I took it to stagecoach, they fixed it. Now no light, and much better gas mileage. Friendly staff and clean waiting room to wait in. read more
