Due to fallen debris and active leak and smell in the kitchen, this has environmentally and functionally rendered the kitchen not usable. I Reported this told them we needed to be moved to an hotel due to the leak still being active and Lynn Irby told me to turn the water off and not use it, and they would not reimburse for meals or pay for a hotel because the kitchen is functional. I believe if you maintain a home properly move out will be easier. A move out list was given to us; move day came and went. Move out Inspection was done by RPM without any problems.
