I was brand new to the reformer method but I attended a 1:1 session to determine if I could handle it. Thankfully I was so for the last 12 weeks I have learned TONS of new things about my body and the way it works (and sometimes doesn't). Lacie and the other instructors have pushed and prodded my long, tall frame to be better than it was when I arrived. I've had numerous "aha" moments from the instruction that keep me thinking between classes. I am so grateful for the time and energy they've invested in me over these last 3 months. The studio has a mix of reformer machines and mats and everything looks very clean and new. Her group classes are small - 4 people or less and you still get a very 1:1 experience that's easy to follow yet SUPER challenging!
