If I could find a NEGATIVE 5 star I would submit it. due to injury and not medically released I asked the previous GM to DQ my membership since I had only attended a few classes. she agreed. I was charged for two more additional months. when I spoke to her she apologized and told me she would refund my account. after waiting a month no refund. i contacted Olga, the owner. she had her new GM call me. she stated she would not refund my two months. she gave me a credit to use at the store. which I stated I did not want. she refused to give me Corprate number and was incredibly rude. I would be very careful about joining a company that treats customers as if they are not worthy and do not allow you to contact corprate. they are untrustworthy. read more

I would not recommend this place at all. You have to sign up for a class which is fine, but if you need to cancel it's a 3 hour window to cancel. So if your class is at 10:00 you have to cancel 7 am. I was 2 minutes late and it cost me $15. They absolutely refused to refund the $15 for 2 minutes. I talked to them on the phone more than once and talked to the manager. All she had to say was we already discussed this. I never knew I was talking to the manager the first time. Then I wrote about this to Pure Barre directly and they said do you want me to forward this to the owner and I said yes. Never heard a word from the owner, so they don't care. Bottom line I will never go back and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. read more

How lucky am I while in Naples for the holiday weekend I see this Pure Barre location. Just blocks from my hotel I figured I would sign up to go. So I went online created an account and paid the $25. for a single class. This year while travelling I have gone to classes in San Fransico and Las Vegas as well. If you haven't tried it I recommend you go. Now for you men I have only seen women at these classes. The technique uses the ballet bar as well as some ballet techniques. I was a ballerina in my younger days. The strength training and technique is addicting as you feel so great after. After Sunday's class I was so euphoric that I went today as well. The teacher was extremely helpful even though I said I was only visiting. Now the only downside you are surrounded by tiny women that are probably twelve. I don't get intimidated easily so I think it is pretty funny that I am always the oldest and largest women in the room. Hey I am happy and live my truth so I am happy just to keep up it actually motivates me more. Now back at home will probably try to get back into it at least once a week. Unfortunately there is none yet in Hollywood,Aventura or North Miami Beach. read more

I love this place!! Great full body workout. Difficult but fun! Staff are all super sweet as well as encouraging. Great music. Fast paced class. Clientele are also friendly and welcoming. terrible rip off. i purchased a package pre covid and had to stop my sessions because of covid. i asked to resume and annie, the manager, refused to allow me to use the outstanding classes that were unused. she stated the pandemic is now over! and my paid for classes, even though they weren't accessible covid friendly, were now worth nothing. when i requested a user terms agreement she was not able to provide one. she has nothing in writing to provide. she stated the pandemic is over, purchased classes are expired and now invalid, and they do not require masks. but she has no written policy that she, annie the manager, can provide. i guess she has no idea of her surroundings, the death toll, or how to do business with paying customers during hard times. everyone, do not buy pure barre pilates packages or sessions. they steal your money and won't provide the intended service. any company that cannot provide policy terms as they cannot is buyer beware. they are expensive! why are they treating paying customers so badly? absolutely do not go there!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Great toning and strengthening classic class. With the additional Reform and Empower class, you have a total workout. Love the friendly team. Each instructor has a slightly different class, but WOW what a difference it makes on your whole body. I really like the low impact on my joints. read more

I signed up for a 3 month trial for 3 times a week. I noticed my knees ached after the classes. I attempted to cancel after the 3 month timeframe and pure Barre Naples did not receive my email. I continued for another month and cancelled again giving them a 30 written notice. At the time I told them I may continue 1 time a week with my active renew and provided documentation They went ahead and charged my credit card $89. I tried to get the charge reversed however the owner continued to tel me I owed the money. I contacted my cc company and had the charge reversed. Now I am getting daily emails staring I owe $137. I've attempted to resolve in writing Asking them to send me the new signed contact. Naples Pure Barre emailed me and said since I opened an email that I agreed to a new contact. I'm so frustrated. The instructors and staff ROCK! I love Pure Barre. It's rather funny that no matter where I travel, work or have ever lived a Pure Barre is always with in 2 to 15 miles from my house or office. This particular Pure Barre here in Naples is my absolute favourite location besides Pentagon City! It's clean, smells delicious, they have everyone's equipment all set up in their space, it's clean and ready to go! The retail is RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING and it's all super cute stuff! What really draws me to the clothing they have is they have sizes for everyone- not one person is singled out and that's really important to me because it shows me as a woman that EVERYONE matters to them!! I love they offer livestream classes also! The live stream is clear when you stream it, the music is great and its also super nice that the instructors even cheer for you on the live stream!! I would recommend this location to anyone no matter if you live in Naples or are traveling here!! read more

I am an unlimited member at a PB in illinois. I really love PB, I recently attended a class at the Naples, Florida location and was shocked by a few things that would never happen at my hometown location; the carpet was dirty, people were walking on carpet in bare feet (sticky socks are required on carpet), people allowed to arrive to class late (disrupts the flow of class) and two class participants leaving during class and then returning a few minutes later because they received a phone call on their cell phones which they had with them in the studio. The staff is very friendly and it is a very busy studio but cleanliness and disruptions impede the expected PB experience. read more

Have been a PB Naples client since 2015 and it's by far been the best workout program I've ever tried. I've been a member at several other instructor-led workout studios and Pure Barre has been the only one I've ever looked forward to returning to. It's gotten me in my best shape of my life for my wedding, then through two pregnancies-- during both of which I was able to keep up with regular classes through 36 weeks pregnant. It's amazing how you can tailor the workout to your current abilities. I came back to barre after having each baby and have somehow ended up in brunette shape after each! The work out and the teachers are amazing. However, this can be a bit intimidating coming in as a beginner. The instructions are given and it's tough for one teacher to help the beginner and continue on with the class as normal. It would be nice to have an extra instructor when needed to help newbies. It's also extremely expensive compared to other gyms, and work out programs. read more
