I showed him my current car (which I was selling) and explained exactly how I wanted the leather seats in my new car to look. He personally inspected my vehicle, including the backseat, so there was no confusion about what I wanted. When I got my car back, the back seats were not done the way I had clearly specified. I brought the car back and explained the issue, but instead of addressing it, he argued that the work matched what I had requested. I reiterated that this was not correct--we had provided photos and he had even seen the original seats in person. On top of this the dealership, de Paula did not do anything either. This past May 2023, Mark and his team helped get rid of the rust developing underneath both driver and passenger side running boards on my 2014 GMC Sierra. Mark was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and the coast. Mark and his team cut out the rust from both sides of the vehicle and welding a new piece to replace it and paint it to look like new again.
