We chose Triumph Law after comparing peoples experiences and they have all good reviews. I wish I could say I felt the same way. All the reviews mention their case being handled by different people at triumph then who handled ours. I am not going to say who handled our case however we did not feel like she handled our case well. We were misguided and mislead for almost two years of dealing with doctors and physical therapy and now ongoing pain management for who knows how long. I was hit while walking in a crosswalk and the driver fled and was caught later and there was plenty of insurance coverage however we recovered a very small 3 figure settlement. In June of 2021 I was rear ended in traffic on Hwy 50. I sustained back and head injuries (concussion, and laceration that required staples in my head). I was lucky to walk out of the accident as I was hit in standstill traffic at about 70 mph. Even though I have a background in insurance and know how the process works, I wanted to hire an attorney since my time was limited, and it was definitely worth it. They knew things that I didn't. But most importantly, referred me to care providers to help with my injuries and to help monitor any long term damage. I was hesitant about some procedures just due to my culture, but the care providers and the attorney assured me it is in my best interest to go through them for my health.
