He is currently the coach/trainer of "Petch" the current Glory & Rise World Champion. One of the top kickboxers in the world. Adrian has been coaching for over 20 years and has a world of experience. They have classes starting from 6:30am in the morning to 8pm at nite including kids classes. They have a boxing ring and lots of heavy bags. There are also lots of high quality Fairtex equipment (thai pads etc). The gym is very clean. The people here are very nice, no egos. There is street parking on the side streets. Coming from a big city my gym is huge and no one really cares and its pack and tons of machines. This is the complete opposite which I totally love. Talking to people here it is like family, everyone know each other and everyone is there to work out not flirt like other locations I have been to. There are a number of people that are more then happy to help you out if you ask. This is a great location and I love it for sure. The owner is also a former Kick Boxer and at the look of him he works out a lot and when someone told me his age I was in complete shock. IT you want a real good work out and a nice location this is the spot for sure. I will continue to come to this location when I come back to Canada everytime.

The music was good, the instruction was easy to follow and the over all vibe is pretty cool. If you want quick results to get lean this is where you definitely should be working out. You get your first week free and then after they have unlimited plans . Think they also do private training as well as kids classes. HUGE facility, great prices, the best martial arts coaches, fantastic Judo classes for kids and decent facility. The coaches and owners are what make the spirit of Revolution. This is not a roid monkey MMA gym, it is welcoming to women and children.... my daughter would do anything for Judo Scott... her coach, and I love the kickboxing. My daughter can go to as many as 6 classes of marital arts a week for $59 a month!
