Had an appointment at 10:00, showed up early, signed in, paid my copay and waited an hour. Finally went up to the desk to ask what was going on. She asked my name, and I told her she said oh shoot which means she forgot to put me in the system. then she asks if I would like to reschedule. I was there for an injury, not a checkup. My family has been a patient of this group since 2002. Since Covid, this group has gone so far downhill that I am considering changing my doctors. I scheduled my appointment and was told I had to check in via phone once in the parking lot, which I did. The office contacted me telling me to come inside and someone would meet me. No one met me so I sat down in the waiting room for roughly 10 minutes. I heard my name but there was no one at the door to take me to the exam room. The receptionist called from behind the glass window, and I had to seek her out for guidance. The nurse came out telling me I had to wear a mask and when I refused, the office manager came out and insisted I wear a mask. When I declined and said I would go to the hospital, all of a sudden everyone was there to help and escorted me to the exam room. The nurse did not take vitals and left me in the room for 20 minutes. The doctor had to take my vitals then prescribed medication and sent me home. I have never been so rudely treated or ignored by that office. I do not recommend going to that office, especially if you want care, compassion, kindness, and respect. read more

My favorite doctor works at TriValley, I followed him there from a previous practice. I stand by him. For some reason, the people working in the office today refused to refill my prescription. I am out of thyroid medication, which needs to be taken daily. They told me the insurance policies prevent them from refilling my prescription. I offered to pay cash to eliminate the problem, as a work around for the time being, which can be done. However, they refused. According to the woman on the phone, I may have to wait until Oct 14 to get a refill, no one can tell me for sure if/when my medication will be refilled. There is no need for this type of treatment towards any patient nor should someone who takes daily maintenance medication be denied a refill. This is a thyroid prescription that I have taken for more than a decade and I am at the final dosage amount that they prescribe (which means the effects of cutting off the medication will be drastic). I have called numerous times, left voicemails, and sent messages, all after speaking with a rep from the office. Immensely disappointing! read more

My family has been seeing Dr. Moore for many years. She is very intelligent, friendly, and sincerely concerned about your ailments or condition. I am very comfortable about telling her about my issue. A great doctor has great bedside manners that make you feel at ease. She has never dismissed my concerns and has always been accurate with her diagnosis as compared to giving a prognosis (a guess) that other doctors provide. We actually like the entire staff. read more

I went through website, which directed me to their online "portal" to register as a new patient. After submitting it, I called to schedule my first appointment and was told the website wasn't really "working" and that everything I submitted (including my social security number!) went "nowhere." I asked if I could just come in, and fill out whatever is necessary. I was told to go back online and find the right application form, print it, and fill it out before I could go into the office. I'm just glad I was just looking for a local family doctor since I'm new in town... if I had an actual medical issue, this would have really upset. read more

I have been going to Trivalley Primary Care since 2011 and every visit was excellent. Never had to wait long in the office for a scheduled visit. The doctors spend whatever time I needed to review and answer all my questions thoroughly. They do follow ups as applicable after my visit. I have seen Dr. Reinhold and Dr. Chiarelli and always had a good experience with either one. I would highly recommend this practice in the Quakertown area. Very pleased. Dan A. read more

Waited an hour and a half to see dr. Chiarelli for severe back pain. She finally came in, stayed for 6 minutes after feeling my back and told me to do some stretches at home. She also said acupuncture was an option??? She was going to print out a paper of stretches for me, left the room, I waited 10 minutes and a nurse came into start cleaning. Contacted Trivalley Primary Care of Quakertown to inquire about becoming a new patient and to see if they accepted new health insurance I was considering. They put me on hold to see and came back and said yes they do take the insurance but neglected to tell me they were not accepting new patients with that insurance. Smack my head. This place was recommended to me which is why I called and the person who recommended them was with me when I made the call. After spending considerable time going further and actually changing insurance and requesting them, it turns out I could not come here. When I spoke to the office and told them I was unhappy about the situation, the woman kept saying "I don't know you told you that" and refused to let me speak to the office manager. It was annoying enough I did follow up with the person I was with and they agreed with my take. Trivalley did me a favor really...if they cannot get such a simple thing straight, I would not want them taking care of my health needs. I would avoid this place as office staff can be as important as the doctors themselves and who knows what else they are messing up. read more

TriValley Primary Care of Quakertown has the absolute worst customer service. I have gone here my entire life (currently 23 yo), because it's just where my entire family has always gone. While I love the doctors, Dr. Moore, specifically, the office staff is rude. Shelly B. put it perfectly when she said that when you call, the person you speak with acts like you're bothering them with your call. I go to the doctors office 1 time a year for my annual visit so my appointment was made a year in advance. Of course, the one day it snowed in PA happened to be the day of my appointment. I still showed up for my AM appointment hoping that they would be there, but they were not. Understandable, they can't control the weather. I called, left a message, and asked for a call back to reschedule as soon as possible. No response. I called several times throughout the day as I did not know when they would open. Finally after 3 in the afternoon, they answered. When I tried to reschedule they were not accommodating or understanding. A person should be able to reschedule an appointment that was made over a year ago when the cancellation was completely on the doctors office side. I changed my primary care provider immediately afterwards. read more

The physicians are great but evidently the office staff refuse to listen to customers requests. We had a situation where we needed to go to a regular hospital for a CAT scan. We requested Lehigh Valley Hospital for them to provide this service. They are, according to USNews and World Report the best hospital in the Lehigh Valley. We have used them many times and we have never been disappointed with the care they provide. We have used the other major hospital in the area and are far less satisfied with them as a service provider. We also live closer to Lehigh Valley Hospital. The office staff at Trivalley had other ideas. They could care less about our desires and scheduled the CAT scan at the other hospital. They need to stop overriding their customers requests and do what they are told. I have been with Trivalley as a patient for a long time, over 20 years. If this continues, I will have to leave and align my care directly with LVHN. read more

I have found this practice to be wonderful, the team that greats you from the receptionist to the check out person are friendly, and professional!. No matter what seems to be the problem, there is someone who can see you. The people I have spoken to on the phone, are kind, and compassionate. Sometimes, the practice does get a little behind in the timing of appointments, but I don't mind, because if I need to be longer than usual, the doctor's don't just push me through like I am a number, instead....they care! I have recommended this practice to many people, including my own family members. They even have a Portal, where you can get refills, order referrals, and more. Worst primary physician I've ever been to. I've moved around to quite a few states and have seen a lot. Wait time is usually about an hour before you are brought back to a room, then more waiting there. When you call, you are put on hold immediately then when you speak with someone they act like you are bothering them with your call. They've obviously never heard of HIPPA laws. They will disclose your medical history in front of a packed waiting room very loudly. And if you need medication, forget about it!! They aren't even smart enough to know that you can't get high on thyroid meds or antibiotics. They act like you are some sort of addict looking for pills if you need meds to stay healthy. Oh, and if you are ever waiting for test results, let's hope you are a very patient person. 1 year was all I could take of this group. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. read more
