Yet another taxi story…read more.... I was just beginning my night. It looked promising, having scored 3 in a row 20 plus dollar fares. It was going to be good. Then reality set in. I had a call over on Galena st, which was now heavily populated by trucks and what not because the freeway was being rebuilt. Being the nice guy that I am I got out of the cab to go into the bar to get my passengers. Getting back in was another story. In the process of getting back in, some fool came by and tore my door clean off. Of course, he sped off, and I wound up getting a ticket from the police. Talk about adding insult to injury. I was done for the night and my boss wasn't too pleased either. I had the car towed to my house, where I could put it in a lot. By morning, it was at Fred's. I don't recall his name, but he is a master. Surveying the damage, he told me that he not only could fix it, but make it as good as new. He worked for hours and I watched him perform his magic. He recreated the hinges, and by the evening, he was done and no one could even tell that the car was even damaged. I would not hesitate one iota to use this shop again. He is a miracle worker, and he doesnt charge an arm and a leg to fix your ride. You will be glad and that's a fact. BTW, the ticket was dismissed after a short lecture by the judge. Sometimes the planets will align and everything will work out.

So for them to do quality work and not see the blemishes in the areas that they fixed and how could they not see them? I have no clue to me. It just shows an overlap of quality control. So that right there kind of had me mad and then next day once it kind I got recommended to this place from a previous place that I had visited that had done awesome work and that gentleman had been released and moved over to this guy's place of work so I figured he would have to do good work there for sure so I figured I would give them a try. So they had my car for a couple of days which was no big deal and when I got my car and went out to go look at it, there was a lot of things wrong with it to where they didn't even drop down my bumper to paint it properly there was Paint in between the trim parts that should not be there look totally unprofessional. There was a bunch of ding marks all up and down to where they might've took out the dent that was on the car and painted over it before they did what they were supposed to first. And then there was a bunch of overspray and a bunch of spots that were never there before so just all in all Poor lack of quality and things weren't masked up properly because there's a lot of overspray on parts of my car and on my window trim that I gotta get out myself that I shouldn't have to. And then the second time I had to bring it back to get all this done, I had to run a car for a second time and the gentleman there told me he would help me pay for it $150 towards it in which when I was done, I asked him for that part of money and he only gave me $60 out of his pocket and I felt very shitty about that. And all this could've been avoided if the gentleman did not tell him that I was looking for a cheap paint job when I think doing a quarter panel of a car for over $1000 it doesn't qualify for a cheap paint job I think that's about the going rate. But make sure you do your homework. There's better ones out there.

She is rude, nasty, and only wants to sit at her computer, take her shoes off (I was walking to the restroom and noticed her shoes on the floor and her feet were up), eat, play games, and watch whatever she wants on the computer. You ask her a simple question and she gets snippy and gets an attitude. The 2 ladies in the cashier office are okay but seem like they don't want to do anything extra for a customer even if it takes a couple seconds and only do the bare minimum of their jobs. Management clearly does NOT care about customer satisfaction at all and only wants to make money! Even the used car manager has a creepy vibe and what I can assume is the NEW car manager or finance lady (I had seen sales people in and out of the office), seems like nasty woman with an attitude problem. The guy in the office next to her (the big one), seems like he does not care that the sales people are so disrespectful to customers. Service here is hit or miss. You either get lucky and get an advisor who COMMUNICATES with you every step of the way and your vehicle comes back to you fixed and clean, OR you get an advisor who only contacts you when your vehicle is ready and leaves your vehicle in worse condition than when you dropped it off.

I had told the salesperson Scott that we do not want any warranty add on's like they try to force on customers. When Becki signed with a guy named TJ in the finance office is where the problems begin. TJ told my wife that he was "throwing in a Vantage warranty at no cost" and that it was a "special offer only for that particular vehicle". He provided her no paperwork for the warranty but added the cost into her lease deal. When I contacted Vantage to get it refunded, the amount was $1700. Vantage told me they mailed the check to the dealer. We never received the refund, the dealer kept the money. I will be looking for a lawyer ti represent us in a civil suit if they do mot return our money. I also reported the dealer to Ohio attorney general for deceptive practices and lack of transparency. Avoid this place!
