As a young girl, I have a tendency to be wary of mechanics because I am scared of the stereotype that they will scam me or over charge me because I am unaware of the issues of my car. This place specifically makes me more tense then any other repair shop I have ever been to. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Twice now I have taken my car in for a just a diagnostic test to see what is wrong with my car and twice now they have been so inconsiderate and very inconvenient. They will literally keep the car in the garage that they aren't working on and back other cars behind it so it is very difficult to get out, this is so they don't have to do anything extra and can leave early. The first time they did this to me was on a Friday and when I went to pick the car up they hadn't put it back together so it had to stay in the garage for 4 days until I could pick it up again. FOUR DAYS for a TEST to see what was wrong. Today was the last straw and I will never be returning. I asked them to run a test to see what why the engine light was on, I didn't want them to do any work on it because of the ridiculousness I went through last time (about a month ago). I ONLY came back because I thought the engine light was on for the same reason that it was fixed last time, so if I took it back it would be free. This wasn't the case-- meaning they had NOTHING else to do with the car, but nonetheless they parked cars so that they would block the car in the garage still instead of just pulling it out- as there was nothing else for them to do!! I got there at 4:45 because I figured all I would have to do is get the keys and drive away but the mechanic was already in his car about to drive away, when they weren't even supposed to be closed yet. The mechanic was rude and brushed me off so he could leave early. Again, no wonder two of the managers my family and I like left that shithole. It really went down hill. Do not go here!! I literally made this yelp account to post this review, that is how bad it was.
