Both of them gave excellent customer service. They were attentive to my needs, listened intently, were receptive and patient with my feedback during the design process, and ultimately delivered a fantastic product on time! Moreover, the organization I represent is queer and transgender Asian Pacific Islander. Oftentimes queer and trans folx and organizations find it difficult to find places that welcome their business, let alone support and affirm them. The staff at Trophy Mart treated me with dignity and respect and worked hard for our small organization. They made us feel seen and special.
