The lotions they have are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! I have and would NEVER spend over $100 for tanning lotion. The more reasonably priced lotions around $30-40.00 aren't even comparable to bath and body lotions. They no longer sell lotions that are targeted for men, no tingle lotions, the monthly memberships are now $69.95 per month (50% off lotion that day ONLY). Thankfully I am Grandfathered in at $35 a month which used to also have discounts on lotion. These prices, no discounts, limited lotions with hefty price tags (upwards of $175) may work in your Florida stores but here in the midwest..... As much as I LOVE tanning, it's just too costly now and I simply can not justify the cost anymore. I miss Tropi-Tan!!

I cancelled my membership over three months ago and received the cancellation email, yet Zoom Tan continued charging my card. I only discovered it because my card was later compromised and they contacted me asking for a new card number so they could continue billing me. Their own records show I had not used the services since cancelling, but customer service claimed they had no record of my cancellation. I could not get anyone to call me back, my BBB complaint went unanswered, and I ultimately had to involve my bank. The frustrating part is that the locations are clean and the in-store employees have always been great. Unfortunately, they have no authority to fix billing problems. If you cancel, SAVE YOUR CANCELLATION EMAIL and check your credit card statements. Do not assume the billing has stopped simply because you completed the cancellation process. For a longtime customer to be charged for months after cancelling and then receive virtually no help resolving it is unacceptable. I will not do business with Zoom Tan again.
