During Covid he would mail our orders to us a couple times a month. One time the package got misplaced during the delivery process and he drove all the way to our house in Buford to deliver another order. If that kind of customer service doesn't deserve our loyal business I don't know what would. They are super knowledgeable, their prices are amazing and they are just overall great people.

Well-stocked humidor with good selections both at high and lower end, though it isn't the biggest selection I've seen, and a couple conspicuous absences. You can trust the owner to recommend things to you without upselling. Smoked a couple small brands I hadn't seen before, relatively cheap (~$12) that turned out to be damn good cigars, going into my regular rotation. Owner is a paradigmatic old school gentleman cigar vendor from the Caribbean. Knowledgeable, friendly, and a class act. Unexpected big plus is the other patrons - people that go here are friendly and kind, but also respect your boundaries. The perfect place to work remote for an afternoon. Pay the $20 monthly membership for the discount and the free coffee - it pays for itself, and the coffee is good.
