I always go to Just Smoke because they are the only ones that have the type of wraps that I enjoy. The customer service here is GREAT. Much better than the other Just Smoke location that's close by. The associate, Micah, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know if all the sales that are approaching. Awesome guy! One side has a store with things like CBD products, vapes, etc. while the other side has couches and TVs where you can smoke. You can immediately tell that it's really clean and well kept. The back of the lounge area has a bar set up with a bunch of different hookah flavors. Once you pick your flavors, they make your hookah in front of you. Pretty cool. I ordered mango mixed with fuzzy navel. I loved this fruit combo! There was no additional charge to mix flavors. All of the hookahs were huge! You can tell that they are authentic. I've seen other places charge based on what size hookah you want. Here, they're all the same size and same price - $20. Refills are only $5. Hookahs are $15 for students if you show your college ID. I definitely enjoyed myself here and will return! It's a good place to come hang out especially if you want to go somewhere that doesn't have a huge crowd.

June 18th, I ingested the tainted chocolates bought at Smoke Side the day before. As soon as I was physically able, I called to notify them what had happened to prevent further harm to anyone else. That was my only agenda. An hour later, I'm assuming after they researched my claims themselves, *they* called back very concerned and offered to rectify a situation I hadn't even thought of and suggested to refund/exchange my purchase price. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING because I wasn't blaming them!!! They offered. Which was cool. I accepted and came in the next day only to be treated with suspicion until I could be helped by the person who was familiar with the situation. Fine. Whatever. I received my refund and was also offered an in-store credit. I was a bit disappointed by the previous employee's attitude so I accepted and opted to come back at a later date to use it. August, today, came back to use my in-store credit and was told by the original employee from day 1 and 2 that I was mistaken and I was only offered one credit or the other. Remember, I never asked for or expected anything and in their attempts to make a bad situation better they just made the victim feel like a piece of by not remembering their own promises. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There will not be a third time as I will not spend my money in an establishment that has made a habit of being reckless in their dealings with their customers. Well, at least this one, anyway.

Instead of refunding my money she offered another cigar of the same brand To justify the $36.02 total. Whereas I only wanted two cigars as I'm a casual cigar smoker. This was my first time visiting and my last time. I will remain loyal with my regular tobacco shop.

So this reviews for the flowery branch location behind Kroger. It seems like him a lot as vapes require maintenance, coils, juice which all adds up and having the right parts at the right time for a Vape you just bought six months ago is always important. These guys have always come through and have a great reward system sooooo after a month of juice and coils it adds up quite well and I usually get three months a year basically free on points on how much I spend. I have five college boys that are juniors now and only use Hot Box but I get the points! Lots of good water pipes, CBD, good prices on juices, small shop but quite effective.
