My husband and I booked a condo through Tropical Escape for a week. When we arrived, unbeknownst to us, that condo had become unavailable, so we were given an "upgrade". The "upgraded" condo had many issues, so the next day we went to guest services to express our concerns. Jawna, a Property Care Tech for Tropical Escape, was called and she showed up immediately. She stayed with us for at least two hours, resolving some issues, but ultimately deciding that we needed to relocate. Jawna went out of her way and above and beyond the call of duty to help us out, and found us a much more comfortable vacation home at Balmoral. Kudos to Jawna who was so caring and amazing!!!!!! She made the rest of our vacation awesome!! She even checked back later in the week to be sure everything was good. Thank you Jawna!! My Family and I stayed at the Windsor Island Resort. The home itself was Nice until we noticed the thermostat temp was showing 93 degrees upstairs and one of the kids reported something floating in the pool (A Condom). We called several times about the AC and requested that someone clean the pool. I am the type of guest that try not to complain and if I find something wrong I try and fix it or not use it. Instead of taking pics and making calls at 2am. I even went to the store to purchase batteries for the remotes. The pool net was dry rotted and pole was broken, toilet tissue holder was barely attached like someone had just gently placed it back on the wall to not get charged for damage. There were SO many things wrong that should have been brought to their attention. But after this stay, being nice has came back to Bite Me. I received a call regarding damages that were there when arrived but me being the Good Guest and didnt want to bother the staff, now it has cost me over $2000. Our problems with this place started a few days before we even left the UK to come to Florida. They sent us details to what villa we were staying at, with all the details blanked out. We had no gate code, access codes or anything useful. We messaged them multiple times on WhatsApp, and three times they said that they had sent the email, and we had to repeatedly say that the email was received but it was blank. It wasn't until the day before we left that we actually received the details, and it was in a villa in a different area than we were supposed to be. After we arrived in Florida, and headed to the villa, we couldn't even get in. We were standing outside in the Florida heat for an hour calling an emergency number before we figured out how to get in ourselves. Over the days we have been here, the lock to get into the house has been incredibly difficult and we have to try multiple times to open it when we want to get in. Now it's the day before we are supposed to leave, and the patio door's lock has broken. We called one of your numbers provided and were told that they couldn't find our reservation of the villa we have been staying in for 8 days and hung up without any sort of help. Don't trust this company. arrived at the rental house to find the pool moldy and green. The fridge was broken, drinks and food were not kept cold. Cool at best. Repeatedly had issues with the guard gate and getting into the community. If you are staying at a property this company own, make sure you inventory everything before you touch anything. And be more thorough than you have been before. They will find something to charge you extra for. They charged us for damages to their trashy game room equipment and refused to discuss anything regarding the charges. read more

My husband and I had our home built and decorated seven years ago. We were solicited by Tropic Escape to manage our property because we live out of state. We were assured that they would provide professional oversight, timely payments and frequent communication. Professional Oversight: Tropical Escape allowed our home to be left dirty. A sofa in our family area was destroyed, pictures were stolen, a bean-bag chair was destroyed and hidden in the closet, a floral arrangement was broken an concealed in the game room. The house which had been decorated by an interior design specialist; had been rearranged without our permission. The air conditioner, which was supposed to have been repaired, was not working properly when we arrived at our home. (We paid for the repair) The light fixtures on the patio were not replaced. (We paid for this repair) Visiting family members complained that there were insects in the house. We paid monthly for an exterminator. What was the management company doing? Frequent communication: Communication with Tropical Escape was difficult because they frequently changed the managers without informing the home owner. Phone calls and emails were not returned. When we had an opportunity to speak with someone; that person would promise that the problems would be resolved. This did not happen! Florida Utility contacted us about a gas leak at our home. The end result was that we had no hot water when we visited, Tropical Escape informed us that they were not aware of a gas leak. Payment: Payment for our property was sporadic and untimely. The payments did not support the bookings, indicated on their monthly rental summaries. We were never compensated for loss or property damages. Tropical Escape is dishonest, unprofessional and has no concern for families. Please beware of a company that is only concerned with using your property to bankroll their business. SCAM! If I could do 0 stars, I would. Please DO NOT book with this company. Tropical Escapes, the specific homeowner of the rental, and their vendors are running a money grab scam. When we arrived at the home, the owner was there saying he thought we were coming the next day and that typically owners and renters do not meet each other. Strike number one. He came back another day offering a homemade consumable item; no thank you! Strike number 2. In all the rental homes I have stayed in, I have never met the homeowner. Tropical Escapes and/or the HOA of our particular rental home has a heinous parking policy of two cars in the driveway and none on the street for a 16 person occupancy home. If this policy is not adhered to, cars will be towed, not a small fine, TOWED!! One of our cars was parked on the street for several nights with no issue and the morning of our departure it was towed between 2:30 and 2:40 am. Why wait until the last minute to tow the car? Because of this, we could not leave by checkout time so the owner's wife showed up (what for, I don't know) wanting to speak with us but could not speak English. Why show up if you can't speak with us? Why didn't Tropical Escapes come to professionally speak with us? Because they were all in collusion and wanted our car towed on the last night (tow fee for their vendor) which forced us to stay late (late fee). MONEY!! This was our first experience with Tropical Escape Vacation Homes. We had an extra bed room that no one entered until the second day. Everything was great until our children wanted to sleep in the beds. We were hanging out in the room when my sister in law dozed off to sleep in one of the buds. She was awaken to find she was bitten three times by bed bugs. The next day Guest Service sent an inspector to confirm. He confirmed that it was the only room that had the infestation. We were so disgusted, but there was no where else to go. Because we were attending a cheer and football national competition, all the other locations were booked and there was no hotel available for our remaining stay. We exchanged several emails back and forth with Guest Services rep. They offered a small fraction of the cost as a refund. As of today, 12/20/22, we are awaiting their response. After this Yelp review, I will be reaching out to the owners of property who has trusted this company with their home. This has to be resolved before someone gets hurt. read more

I stayed in 720 Drop Shot Drive Unit. The worst and the team Jennifer and Krystal was the worst. This Unit was so dirty and I called to inform them that we're still in a pandemic and to not care if their customers are safe. The upstairs king bedroom  the comforter was Filthy and the cleaning company they are using are Terrible. I arrived April 22 and called the moment I walked in. I spoke to Jennifer. I asked if someone could bring some clean bedding, a coffee pot dish towels and if someone could come clean up the blood in the 1st floor bedroom bathroom, patio and upstairs bathroom. We are in a pandemic, and no one came. They don't care it's about the money only.. I had several units and everyone had a problem! THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE GARBAGE! They have a long track record of providing filthy, unsafe homes and could care less. Please read other reviews and their BBB profile-where they have an F RATING. I paid $2200 to rent 831 Drop Shot Drive in Champions Gate, FL. After driving 18 hours I was looking forward to checking in the home and relaxing. When we walked in, we could immediately tell that the house wasn't clean. Every surface was dirty, crumbs everywhere. Bedrooms all had food on the floor, pubic hair left in every bathroom. Food stains on chairs and pillows. Then we went to look at the pool, which had 20 or so pieces of cardboard in the bottom of it. Around the pool was trash, food that was covered in ants, and cigarette butts. The pool looked like it hadn't been treated. The game table was broken and the projector for the game room didn't work and had zero instructions. In this time of COVID it's beyond ridiculous that they barely "cleaned" this home. But the absolute worst part is Tropical Escape Resort Homes TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can't reach anyone because they're closed on the weekends. But it doesn't matter anyway, because they won't call you back when Monday rolls around. I have two small children who didn't understand why we couldn't use the pool, so we had to scramble to find a last minute hotel at 7:00 at night. It was so filthy that we couldn't even stay there. We debated going to buy cleaning supplies to clean the house ourselves (which would have taken forever because it was so dirty and 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms)-but why should we when IT WAS THEIR JOB TO PROVIDE A CLEAN VACATION HOME. Plus the pool was unusable, which was why we rented the house in the first place. When we finally got a hold of someone, Crystal was very rude and basically accused us of making the mess ourselves. Crystal in Reservations is mentioned as being a terrible, rude person in several other reviews, so she's pretty infamous and basically the worst. She said she sent the cleaning people back out, but never told us or gave us any update about the home. We didn't even stay there because it was so disgusting. I took tons of pictures and sent them off to who I booked the home through, but nothing ever came of it and they refused to refund our money. Bottom line: If you book a home with Tropical Escape Resort Homes, you will get a disgustingly dirty home because they don't care if it's cleaned properly. Based on the other reviews, you will also get homes with air conditioning that doesn't work, pools green with algae, and other dangerous issues. You will waste a good part of your precious vacation trying to reach them, and when you finally do days later, they will say they'll send someone out to fix the problem but they won't show up. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST OF THE WORST AND YOU SHOULD RUN AWAY. I booked my home through Head for Orlando, so I had no idea Tropical Escape Resort Homes was the management company that they used. RUN AWAY FROM HEAD FOR ORLANDO also, because they are completely aware of the problems and still use this company. I plan on filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General for Tropical Escape Resort Homes because they've gotten away with treating people like garbage for a while now. They are losing business left and right to Airbnb & VRBO, which actually has good customer service and you can reach someone right away if there's a problem. Pros: *Beautiful home *Great Price *Good Location *Access to the amenities - we loved the pool and lazy river at the Oasis club! Cons: *Home is equipped with bare minimum when it comes to cooking supplies etc. For example, there is a coffee pot, but we could not find even one filter. *Pool was dirty and when I inquired about it, they almost acted as if we needed to pay more $ for a clean pool. *Recommend paying to have hot tub/and or pool heater added to your reservation. *Currently a lot of construction in the area of this home and sometimes we even found it difficult to access our street due to all the construction vehicles. *The biggest CON however is the company managing this property, what a JOKE! Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone, return your call, or answer an email. We got so frustrated at one point that we drove over to the office and it was closed up tight due to Covid, which we found funny since FL is leading the way in reopenings - time to get back to work people! And if you are by some shear stroke of luck able to get a human being on the phone, they act like they are doing you a huge favor by answering your questions. The one girl I spoke to was so rude and when I complained her response was "OK". I don't know about the average person, but when we spend the $$ to take a vacation with family, we expect it to be as nice as it can be. The day of our arrival, I had requested and received approval for a 1 hour early check in (so able to access house at 3 instead of 4), which would've worked great had the girl I spoke to adjusted the house code on the door as promised. Instead we spent that hour trying to get someone to answer our call and open the door for us! The WiFi password was incorrectly typed into our welcome email and did not work. Had to have a technician from the company come out and fix it, only to realize that it was an oversight by whomever sent the email. BTW, the tv's are also internet, so nothing worked until the tech came by. Attention to detail with this company is SEVERLY LACKING! Lastly, a welcome book containing all house information, restaurants or delivery near by etc. would really be useful to future renters. As can happen with even new homes, there can be problems and repairs required during our stay. This company has a BBB 'F' rating for a reason. Don't let this company scam you like they have done myself and many others. The air conditioning went out for 24 hours and me and my family had to endure 95 degree heat in which I had to buy 2 industrial fans just to half way make do. When I called the office to address the issue, I was told that it was only 95 and that it would cool down later. Meanwhile we were never given the option to go somewhere else nor did a get a partial refund. But oddly enough, we were moved on day 1 from our original place to that heat chamber due to 'pool maintenance'. How does one move you an hour before check in for pool maintenance but not when a 6 bedroom house is without ac. Additionally , my daughter wedding cake did not come out as I originally designed due to having to do it at the venue only because they had air conditioning to lay fondant, but it is not conducive at all for cake design. This place is so unprofessional and dismissive of people that it is disgusting. All they do is pass the buck, while keeping your money. My communication time line to Tropical Escapes in Champions gate This has been the most .disappointing vacation thus yet! Day 1 we had no pool heat.   Spa does not work Half the televisions we could not access . Issues with entry to home Propane tank was empty which I paid for. The screens in the lanai were torn..mosquitos and wasps got in. Near the entryway wasps were building a nest. Smoke detector chirped all night in one of the bedrooms. Video games in the loft were not connected to TV. Showers were not cleaned ect. There were still tape and streamer remnants from the last renters as I guess they had a party. That was confirmed on day 2 by Maria. However if those remnants are still here thats poor housekeeping. . Day 2 after calling multiple times and speaking to Jennifer, a nice young man Tony came out. He fixed most of the tvs but had to come back on Saturday to complete as Rokus needed to be ordered. One of the Masters in the 1st floor a socket was in need of repair..Tony fixed it.. Maria came out to assess the housecleaning and maintenance issues and explained that a lot of things were on a list to be fixed however there wasn't enough time in between renters to have theses things done. She also noted that the wasp nest near the entryway and would get someone to take care of it.  So today day 3 of our 4 day trip Some tvs are still not working properly. The jets in the spa are not working due to no one replaced the blower as was stated . The wasp situation is still there. I pull one of the chairs that had been in the corner since I got here on the lanai to use while I drink my tea I sat in and fell as the chair was broken.  No one even attempted to fix , repair or even contact me. Day 4 - I sit on the lanai with my tea and now I'm going from  disappointment to anger. Nothing has been done  after Tony came out the first time.  I receive an email stating checkout time is 10 am tomorrow...I have confirmed complimentary late checkout several times. It is 12pm on 9/7. I am BEYOND upset as my family did not deserve this on their vacation especially after paying their hard earned money do that we could come together and enjoy our final family vacation this year. I have rented in Solterra many times and I always leave a glowing review and the owners always give me a great review for taking care of the property and leaving it in emaculate condition. This is by far so totally disappointing . I was patient and assured my guest that things would be rectified and on the last day of our trip nothing has been done. At this point I need a partial refund for the things that we were not able to use and for horrible way in which my concerns were not taken care of in a timely matter. I expect to be contacted TODAY Sunday. I will be contacting the owners of the property as well as writing a review for VRBO if no resolution is reached. I have taken pictures and video of everything as when I arrive on property I do a complete walk thru before my family arrives. I left a message with the answering service to have someone return my call. After the run arround Followup I received an email angst stated a day and half would be refunded $175. That wasn't even 1nights stay. Now my emails and calls are not being responded to. Way to go. This is our family's second time using Tropical. We were very excited to use them again. There are things going on here we did not expect. My bed sheets had 2 stains on them the size of oranges. Not what you want to see right when you are getting in the bed. Needless to say, our sleep was delayed. There were only 2 wash clothes for the whole house. Yes. Two wash clothes for the whole house. The house sleeps 18. We have a list of other things that will be discussed with Tropical. So at this point I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are focused on providing excellent customer service especially with our family being a repeat customer-to this point. read more

WORST VRBO RENTAL MGMT COMPANY!!! This rental management company was so bad that my family left after only being there a few hours. We never stayed one night of our 5 night rental, and they don't care. The kept every penny and won't discuss our concerns. We will never rent in the Champions Gate Resort or from this management company again. We arrived just before check in to see the cleaners going in and out of the house without any face coverings or gloves, which the management company assured us was being used. We decided to go to the community pool to wait for the cleaners, where we found lots of people with no social distancing and people getting into fights. We quickly left to go back to the house and wait for our check in. When we got into the house we saw that there were plates with dried up food sitting out on the table. Door knobs were falling off of the doors. The only lighting in any of the bedrooms were from 1 or 2 lamps, which made it very difficult to see. The refrigerator was not cooling. The media room does not have any lights, so you cannot be in there after dark. The air hockey table is not useable. The handle to the back door is falling off. Furniture on the back patio was broken and falling apart. The house was beat up and very disappointing. As if this wasn't enough, the houses on each side of us were throwing parties and had a lot of people being very noisy. We saw people doing drugs and had bottles smashed on our driveway. We immediately called the management company to discuss everything that was going on and the concerns we had with our family's safety due to the large groups of rowdy people on either side of our house partying, doing drugs and fighting. They explained to us that anything outside of the house is not their priority, which includes our safety. They would not even consider discussing remedies for our dissatisfaction over any of these situations. They were rude, talked over us and dismissive of any of our concerns. We called back a dozen times over multiple days trying to get a manager to talk to us, and they kept telling us there were no managers available, but we would get a call back. We never received a call back from anyone. We spent a few hours in the house and decided to drive home due to the poor conditions of the home, and more importantly the safety concerns for my family. We never spent a night there, and the management company has still shown no concern for our issues and will not return our calls. The community had large gatherings throughout and we saw no security driving around. read more

My sister-in-law also booked 2 properties and she made sure to take before photos and she was still charged $500! During our stay the ac downstairs didn't work, the doorbell fell off, Only scorching hot water in the kitchen, and at one point we had no water. When called Tropical Escape vacation homes stated that they respond to service calls within 24-48hours, which isn't ideal during a heatwave in florida. We didn't have water in the kitchen for 48 hours. The fan was dusty, floors/carpet not cleaned properly, sofa was stained and the stuffing was coming out. It makes me wonder if the linens are changed into stays.. There was stuff from previous guests under the beds and sofa. The patio chair by the pool is broken, there were bricks around the pool that was broke and I feel as if that's a safety hazard especially with young children. The baseboards and walls need a good cleaning. All of the prevous VRBO reviews are spot on, some of the issues have been since 2019. read more

If I could give no stars I would I'm staying in the festival Resort and my experience has been horrible. The pools heater wasn't turned on like I paid for. The neighboring unit had tenets that were very disruptive. They were climbing on the roof, ringing the door bell and running. There are clearly no rules in place At this resort where you can just do what you want. We where harassed by them and guest relations told me they could do nothing about this and refused to move my family to another unit. Customer service was horrendous. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay with Tropical Resorts. My experience with tropical resort was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE to say the least. read more

I've been using this company twice to three times a year for the past 6-7 years, every year I bumped into a different issue but never wanted to give them a hard time so I kept to my self, this year 48 hours prior to the Jewish holiday I took over a canceled reservation from one of my employees, paying him what he had paid this company, then my employee contacted tropical estate and provided my credit card adding additional 4 days to the reservation so I can stay the full holiday, once my reservation was confirmed I then went and booked flights to Orlando for me and 7 family members totalling over $5,000 as I land less then 3 hours to our holiday I get a email from tropical estate notifying me that "YOUR RESERVATIONS HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO FRAUD" Being a customer for so long I figured I'd reach out to them, I spent hours and on Ubers to the office finding the office to be closed with no activity each time, on the phone I was able to get them to pick up the phone ONCE out of 30 times calling them, when they answered they said "YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING A REFUND BECAUSE YOUR FRAUD AND WE ALSO BLACKLISTED YOU" I spent 2 full days in the car and so did 7 of my guest, I spent over 3,000 for a rental house I didn't get 5,000 I was guided by my lawyer to contact my bank and get my money back, my lawyer is working with the bank to get my money back on every rental I ever had, my lawyer claims there's a good profiling case here one he way I was treated and for everything I was put thru and I do feel the need to proceed and sue. Over $26,000 between friends and family was spent at tropical estates this holiday and everyone is working on getting there money back thru their banks, every rental had a different issue. I want to start off by stating our first years of renting through Tropical escape vacation homes were awesome, this last year we went in September 2021 after the pandemic and I must say our experience was AWFUL, my daughter flew in from Texas so she got to the house before we got there and she did not go past the living room. When we got to the house it was in a mess. Bathrooms were not cleaned looked like someone had an accident and sprayed the wall. Our first night there we were up all night washing bed linens because every bed in the house comforters were just throwed over the sheets were we found stains on black sheets, and hair, etc. We then had to go out and buy towels and wash clothes because there weren't any available in the house. We made many phone calls to on call and they made it aware they would send someone out that was nit until 4pm the following day. The housekeeper supervisor came out and took pictures and made us aware that it was unacceptable. The game room did not have any working items the hockey table was been held up by a chair. There was no working TVs, and nor was there any play station 4 as listed. The theatre room had no working screen, The house was one that should not have been on the market to be rented. I tried reaching the manager for approximate 3 months calling every day no return call when you called to speak to one they were on vacation. Not once were we offered another home nor was not given what was promised to us a voucher of $200 to be sent to us via mail and our next stay of 20% off and brand new home. The customer service was awful we had so many different people telling us lies and telling us what it was they wanted us to hear and did not come through with not one thing. I actually reached out to them on yesterday just to see if they would stand on what was promised to us to book a home for 20% off and they sent me an email made me aware they did not have anything available to accommodate my group. I would not suggest anyone to rent to these people that are not whom they say they are and their word is not bond. I have yet to receive a phone call from a manager til this day. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO OFF THE PICTURES THEY HAVE POSTED IT IS NOT WHAT IT STATES FOR AS WHAT AMENTIES THE HOME HAVE. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RENT. These people are not to be trusted they are nice as long as they are getting your money. Oh yeah the pool was not cleaned my fiancé had to clean the pool the following morning so that the kids could enjoy something because the game room and theatre room was a mess. Do not rent from them and definitely do not rent 1578 Slice Way, Davenport FL, Champions Gate. Upon arrival to the home it was dirty, looked like it had not been cleaned at all. The furniture has white furniture so you would think the cleaning people would clean because it is white, not a chance. The white pleather/leather was so dirty and beat up. Electrical fixtures broken, no hot water, toilet seats disgusting, ants crawling, and worst of all roaches. I called Tropical Escapes several times, left messages and sent an email with pictures. They never returned my calls, they did send a maintenance person to fix the broken screen door and that was it. I had to physically go to their office, bang on the door 20 mins to speak with someone to ask for a refund for them to say they'll review my email. After review they said no refund because the damages and upkeep of the house was wear and tear over time. Even if that is true, the money these owners and companies make, you can make the necessary improvements. They are the worse Property Management company and need training on customer service and how to properly handle customer concerns and complaints. Very dismissive and unresponsive. Save your money and don't rent with Tropical Escapes Vacation Homes. Horrible. read more

This is the worst company with rude staffs members who have no heart. They kept every penny of my money when I couldn't come to their house. Flights were canceled. NY was on lockdown and Florida required a 2 week quarantine. They kept over $3,000 at a time of a global pandemic when most of the country isn't working. They made a profit off me when they knew I couldn't get there! They offered a voucher which O couldn't use. So i disputed the charge and refused to give a voucher again to punish me. Despicable behavior. Especially during these hard times. read more

***ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN A FLORIDA VACATION PROPERTY*** My family and I visit Florida every year and always stay in a vacation home in the same community, with no issues! Unfortunately, this was our first time staying in a property through this company and the experience was horrible! Within an hour of our arrival, we noticed ants in the kitchen area, on the countertops, the kitchen floor, the stovetop, and the dining room floor! Later that night, we discovered ants in several of the bathrooms, including the master bathroom, and three other bathrooms upstairs. We reached out to management the next morning, and several other times during our 8 day stay and NEVER heard anything back!!! Over the next few days, we discovered that there was an ant infestation throughout the house, including in the kitchen MICROWAVE!! Along with the ant infestation, the cleanliness of the home was only subpar, as the living room and kitchen had food crumbs and particles on the floors, and on the sofa! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! Again, we were in this home for 8 days during vacation and reached out to management several times, only to be ignored and never have any of our calls returned!!! Horrible management, horrible experience, and horrible vacation due to this atrocious property!!! WORST VACATION EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! read more

We were kicked out halfway through our stay and had to move to a different house!!! Need I say more? Didn't know that was even possible and we were floored when they called us to tell us that- we booked the house for 3 months (COVID-19, if you have to be quarantined, might as well be in Orlando, right?!). Almost 2 months into our 3 month stay, they called us to say that the homeowner wants to stay in the house and we have to a move to a different house- yes, across the street so not a far move, but we had been there for 2 months already so had accumulated quite a lot of stuff and we had to literally pack up everything and move it across the street!!! They didn't so much as apologize- not to mention, they refused to help us split the cost of the mover we had to hire to help us move everything and offered nothing at all to mitigate the extreme headache and hassle. We spent an entire day of our (paid!!) stay moving stuff to our new home. But don't worry, it gets worse! We had previously had pool heating included in the price of our stay, but now in the new house they refused to include pool heating and made us pay for it additionally! I mean, seriously?! Several things were broken/not working upon our arrival on a Wednesday night and we immediately called and emailed to tell them about those items and we didn't hear back until Monday and they still haven't fixed/ addressed any of those issues. Also, the original house ( the one we paid for and reserved and wanted) had smart tv's throughout the house, this new house has none, so this is definitely not a "similar" replacement. The original house was a corner lot so had much nicer views and more light- this house is dark and doesn't even have light fixtures in the bedrooms/living room/ den/ theatre room, so it's so dark in the house. Bottom line.... if you don't want to have to move halfway thru your vacation and be treated like garbage, find someone else to book with!! read more

Currently staying in one of the villas and have had nothing but trouble. Tried calling the rental manager MULTIPLE TIMES and was promised things would get fixed. nothing was fixed. Moldy showers and shower curtains, the garage and movie rooms lights did not work, the coffee pot had to carafe so we had to buy one ourselves, the floors were SO sticky, the carpets on the stairs were stained, the games in the game rooms were broken and had missing equipment so we couldn't even use any of the games in there, missing kitchen utensils. Also we paid $20 a day for pool heat and the pool is freezing. The "hot tub" was warmish at best. Called back...was told the manager Rory would call me back. that was Wednesday. Now we check out tomorrow and still nothing. So disappointed, will not be back and WILL NOT be recommending to friends. we come Florida all the time and rent privately but we will go back to Windsor Hills. much better villas and better customer service. read more
