Having rescheduled at least twice and finally he never returned my call. This left me sitting around waiting for him in the time slots he identified. Even took up my whole day because he "will be there" and never called. If you're towards the edge of his coverage zone I wouldn't bother. His schedule is packed and he is a "one man" crew.
